Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种沙滩车用一体化发动机。本实用新型解决技术问题的方案包括:变速装置、后齿轮箱部件、轮轴、左曲轴箱部件、左曲轴箱盖部件,其中后齿轮箱部件、左曲轴箱部件、左曲轴箱盖部件三者拼接构成罩壳封闭结构,另外本实用新型结构上还包括发动机、差速装置、换档装置,其中发动机直接跟变速装置相连接,变速装置同轮轴之间连接有差速装置。所述的变速装置包括:自动无级变速机构、二级齿轮变速机构,换档装置装在二级齿轮变速机构中;所述的差速装置可以人工控制实现差速或者取消差速功能。采用上述结构后的本实用新型,具有倒档、差速选择功能、噪声低、效率高、维护方便、体积小的优点,适合在沙滩车上推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发动机,特别是涉及一种沙滩车用动力产生与输出一体化发动机。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的沙滩车,有的选用踏板车发动机,有的选用骑式车发动机,但不管选用何种发动机,其后部均单独设置了后桥,发动机、后桥是分开的,发动机与后桥之间采用链传动或轴传动;就整个沙滩车而言,倒档机构独立,差速装置功能单一。上述结构存在以下缺点:
1.由于沙滩车的工作环境十分恶劣,链轮、链条均裸露在外,导致机械磨损快,故障率高,且维护不便;
2.发动机、后桥、倒档机构为分体结构,导致总体体积庞大,沙滩车的整体造型难度大;
3.机械效率低,能耗大;
4.工作时各部件发出噪声大;
5.差速装置功能单一,无法满足用户的多样化要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有倒档、差速选择功能、噪声低、效率高、维护方便、体积小的沙滩车用一体化发动机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的结构包括:变速装置、后齿轮箱部件、轮轴、左曲轴箱部件、左曲轴箱盖部件,其中后齿轮箱部件、左曲轴箱部件、左曲轴箱盖部件三者拼接构成罩壳封闭结构,另外本实用新型结构上还包括发动机,其直接跟变速装置相连接,变速装置输出端跟轮轴为花键连接。
作为本实用新型的改进,本实用新型的变速装置由自动无极变速机构、二级齿轮减速机构依次连接构成。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,轮轴分为左、右轮轴,在变速装置和左、右轮轴之间连接有差速装置。所述的差速装置包括差速器壳、销轴、4个相互啮合的锥形齿轮。
作为本实用新型更进一步的改进一,差速装置的销轴上开有通孔,左、右轮轴的相对端开有内花键孔,花键拴可对左右轮轴进行跨越连接;作为中空结构的右轮轴,其内推拉栓干的右端外表面有螺纹同右轮轴右端的螺孔和螺母配合。
作为本实用新型更进一步的改进二,左轮轴上装有拨动机构,二者为花键连接;拨动机构上固定有拨动滑块,拨动滑块右边布有腰子爪,大齿轮上开有与腰子爪相对应的腰子槽;所述的拨动滑块的右边均布有3个腰子爪;所述的大齿轮上均布有6个腰子槽。
作为本实用新型更加完善的改进,在本实用新型二级齿轮减速机构中增加倒档轴部件、换档滑块和倒档拨叉;其中倒档滑块与中间轴为花键连接,中间轴上增加中间轴齿轮。主轴左齿轮同倒档轴左齿轮、倒档轴右齿轮同中间轴中间齿轮、主轴右齿轮同中间轴右齿轮相互间均为啮合关系。
在本实用新型的改进中,变速装置由自动无极变速机构和二级齿轮减速机构依次连接构成,可以有效地提高传动效率、降低噪声、降低故障率。另外,由于不需要像链传动机构那样经常调整,维护更加方便。通过本实用新型更进一步的改进一或者二,本实用新型的差速装置具备了差速选择功能,沙滩车用户可以根据不同的路面条件需要,选择是否进行差速。通过本实用新型更加完善的改进,本实用新型便同时具备了倒档功能。另外,采用本实用新型结构后,发动机、变速装置、倒档机构、差速装置、轮轴、壳体部件集合为一体,缩小了上述部件的占用空间,结构更加紧凑,大大优化了沙滩车整体的结构与布局设计。

具体实施方式
图1所示,为本实用新型结构图,包括:变速装置2、后齿轮箱部件3、轮轴4、左曲轴箱部件5、左曲轴箱盖部件6。其中变速装置2输出端同轮轴4花键连接,后齿轮箱部件3、左曲轴箱部件5、左曲轴箱盖部件6三者拼接构成罩壳封闭结构;该结构还包括发动机1,其直接跟变速装置2相连接。所述的变速装置2由自动无极变速机构2A、二级齿轮减速机构2B依次连接构成;自动无极变速机构2A同发动机1连接,二级齿轮减速机构2B中的大齿轮4B同轮轴套4A为花键连接;轮轴4分为两部分:左轮轴4C和右轮轴4D,轮轴套4A与左、右轮轴4C、4D为花键连接。发动机启动后,动力通过上述部件依次传递,到达左右轮轴4C、4D,两轮轴同速转动。
图2、图3和图4整体反映的是可控式差速装置的实现方案(方案一)。如图2所示,左、右轮轴4C、4D的相对端开有花键孔8和10;如图4所示,销轴9上开有通孔9A。基于上述结构,花键拴11可在花键孔8和10之间自由滑动。如图2所示,当花键拴11滑入花键孔8时,可实现对左、右轮轴4C、4D的跨越连接,保证左右轮轴4C、4D的同转速转动;右轮轴4B为中空结构,在其最右端开有螺孔4E;右轮轴4D内含推拉栓干13,其右端的外表面有螺纹同螺孔4E和螺母14配合;差速装置7包括差速器壳4F、销轴9和四个相互啮合的锥形齿轮16。当沙滩车需要差速功能时,推拉栓干13外旋,此时花键栓11被拉至销轴9的右侧;当不需要差速功能时,转动推拉栓干13,将花键栓11推至左轮轴4C的花键孔8内,此时花键栓11横跨左右轮轴4C和4D,确保两轮轴同速转动。上述两种情形下,都应在发动机停止转动时进行调整,且推拉栓干13转动完毕后都应当用螺母14将其锁紧。如图3所示,花键栓11与推拉栓干13通过连接销12进行活动连接。
图5所示为本实用新型可控式差速装置结构图(方案二)。如图5所示,左轮轴4C上装有拨动机构17,二者为花键连接;拨动机构17上固定有拨动滑块15,拨动滑块15右边均布有3个腰子爪15A;大齿轮4B上均布有6个与腰子爪15A相配合的腰子槽15B。当沙滩车需要具备差速功能时,通过拨动机构17将腰子爪15A同腰子槽15B相分离,实现差速。当不需要差速功能时,通过拨动机构17将腰子爪15A同腰子槽15B配合在一起,此时如果沙滩车以左轮轴4C作为拐弯时的内轮轴,由于大齿轮4B直接将转距传输给左轮轴4C,实现左右轮轴同速转动;如果沙滩车以右轮轴4D作为拐弯时的内轮轴,由于锥形齿轮16A、16B通过销轴9与轮轴套4A固定在一起,锥形齿轮16C同左轮轴4C固定在一起,故锥形齿轮16A、16B同锥形齿轮16C间没有相对转动,从而迫使锥形齿轮16D也不能相对转动,最终达到左右轮轴4C、4D同速转动的目的。
如图1、图6所示,在二级齿轮减速机构2B中增加倒档轴部件19和换档滑块21、倒档拨叉22,其中倒档滑块21与中间轴20为花键连接,可沿中间轴20左右滑动;倒档轴部件19上装有倒档轴左、右齿轮19A、19B。中间轴中间齿轮20B、中间轴左齿轮20A均可绕中间轴20相对转动,中间轴左齿轮20C同中间轴20为一体结构。
当沙滩车需要前进时,通过倒档拨叉22右拨换档滑块21,使其与中间轴右齿轮20A结合;由于此时主轴右齿轮18B同中间轴右齿轮20A啮合,转动力矩便经由主轴右齿轮18B、中间轴右齿轮20A、换档滑块21、中间轴20、中间轴左齿轮20C、大齿轮4B,最后传到左右轮轴4C、4D。
当沙滩车需要后退时,左拨换档滑块22,使其与中间轴中间齿轮20B结合,此时中间轴中间齿轮20B同倒档轴右齿轮19B啮合,倒档轴左齿轮19A同主轴左齿轮18A啮合,转动力矩经由主轴左齿轮18A、倒档轴左齿轮19A、倒档轴右齿轮19B、中间轴中间齿轮20B、换档滑块21、中间轴20、中间轴左齿轮20C、大齿轮4B,最后传到左右轮轴4C、4D。

Claims (10)

1、一种沙滩车用一体化发动机,包括:变速装置(2)、后齿轮箱部件(3)、轮轴(4)、左曲轴箱部件(5)、左曲轴箱盖部件(6),其中后齿轮箱部件(3)、左曲轴箱部件(5)、左曲轴箱盖部件(6)三者拼接构成罩壳封闭结构,其特征是:还包括发动机(1),其直接跟变速装置(2)相连接,变速装置(2)的输出端同轮轴(4)花键连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:所述的变速装置(2)由自动无极变速机构(2A)、二级齿轮变速机构(2B)依次连接构成。
3、根据权利要求1或者2所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:轮轴(4)分为左、右轮轴(4C、4D),在变速装置(2)和左、右轮轴(4C、4D)之间连接有差速装置(7)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:销轴(9)上开有通孔(9A),所述的左、右轮轴(4C、4D)的相对端开有内花键孔(8、10),内花键孔(10)中的花键拴(11)可滑入内花键孔(8)中,实现对左右轮轴(4C、4D)的跨越连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:所述右轮轴(4D)为中空结构,其内推拉栓干(13)与花键栓(11)通过连接销(12)连接。
6、根据权利要求5所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:所述的推拉栓干(13)右端的外表面有螺纹同螺孔(4E)和螺母(14)配合。
7、根据权利要求3所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:左轮轴(4C)上装有拨动机构(17),二者为花键连接;拨动机构(17)上固定有拨动滑块(15),拨动滑块(15)右边布有腰子爪(15A),大齿轮(4B)上开有与腰子爪(15A)相对应的腰子槽(15B)。
8、根据权利要求7所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:所述的拨动滑块(15)的右边均布有3个腰子爪(15A)。
9、根据权利要求7所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:所述的大齿轮(4B)上均布有6个腰子槽(15B)。
10、根据权利要求3所述的沙滩车用一体化发动机,其特征是:在所述的二级齿轮变速机构(2B)中增加倒档轴部件(19)、换档滑块(21)和倒档拨叉(22),其中倒档滑块(21)与中间轴(20)为花键连接,中间轴(20)上增加中间轴齿轮(20B)。
