技术领域:
本实用新型涉及工程建设机械,具体涉及混凝土输送系统中机械料斗的改进。
背景技术:
目前工程施工领域内所使用的料斗由于其结构设计上的不足,其料斗内腔之左、右两侧通过墙板、左、右斗身和圆锥台依次连接,前、后两侧由左、右斗身、下斗身和圆锥台相接而成,其中左、右斗身呈水平放置的圆柱形状,中心线与水平轴线平行,端面与竖直的侧墙板相接,中间开口与一圆锥台状面相接,各连接处采用焊接方式,呈尖角状,尤其是左、右斗身与侧墙板对应的相接处角度为90°,且左、右斗身之水平圆弧面具有一定的长度,部分混凝土由于在料斗左、右两侧的时间过长,造成混凝土流动性不好,同时交接处的混凝土因搅拌不到,时间过长会自然凝固,容易形成积料死角,使料斗的容积减少,料斗的清洗也越来越困难。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种混凝土流动性好、内腔无积料死角之混凝土输送料斗。
本实用新型是通过下面的技术方案解决上述技术问题的。包括侧墙板、左斗身、右斗身、圆锥台和下斗身,所述料斗内腔之左、右两侧分别由侧墙板、左斗身、右斗身、圆锥台和下斗身依次连接,前、后两侧由侧墙板和下斗身相连而成,其特征在于所述各构件相邻面之交接处圆弧过渡;所述左斗身、右斗身呈圆锥面,其斗身中心线与水平轴线倾斜,斗身母线与水平轴线之夹角为5°~85°;所述侧墙板与左斗身、右斗身垂直截面之间、左斗身、右斗身与圆锥台垂直截面之间的夹角大于90°,其中前、后端侧墙板与左、右端侧墙板交界位置相切,侧端与左斗身和右斗身相贯,下端与下斗身相接。
本实用新型是对现有技术的改进,各构件相邻面之交接处均采用圆弧过渡形式,侧墙板与左斗身、右斗身垂直截面之间、左斗身、右斗身与圆锥台垂直截面之间的夹角大于90°,其中左、右斗身可呈圆锥面,与侧墙板交角大于90°,使整个料斗内腔无积料死角,即使搅拌不到的混凝土也可因自身的重量自由滑落到下斗身和圆锥台中,混凝土的流动时间缩短,大大减少了混凝土的凝固,料斗的清洗也更为方便。

具体实施方式:
图1、图2、图3、图4展示了现有技术之料斗结构示意图。所述料斗包括左、右侧墙板C2、前、后侧墙板F2、左斗身A3、右斗身A4、圆锥台D2和下斗身B2,其中料斗左、右两侧通过侧墙板C2、左斗身A3、右斗身A4、圆锥台D2依次连接,前、后两侧由侧墙板F2侧端分别与左斗身A3和右斗身A4相接,下端与相连,左斗身A3、右斗身A4成左右相互对称设置,左、右端分别连接侧墙板C2和圆锥台D2,前、后端分别连接下斗身B2和圆锥台D2,形成开口式料斗结构,施工中混凝土料从上端开口倒入,经装于料斗内搅拌叶片搅拌后经圆锥台D2、下斗身B2之出口排出。如图1、图2所示,现有技术中左斗身A3、右斗身A4形状呈水平放置的圆柱形状,中间设有与圆锥台D2相接之开口,左斗身A3、右斗身A4中心线与水平轴线平行,端面与竖直的侧墙板C2相接,其相接处一般采用焊接方式,如图4所示,相接处形成90°,且左斗身A3、右斗身A4之水平圆弧面具有一定的长度,即左斗身A3、右斗身A4与侧墙板C2之交接处和左斗身A3、右斗身A4与圆锥台D2之交接处有一定的距离段,且该段为一水平弧面,某些靠近侧墙板C2的混凝土要经过左斗身A3、右斗身A4才能进入下斗身B2中,而落入此处时难以依靠自重而下落,且搅拌叶片也难以涉及,时间过长会产生自然凝固现象,形成积料死角。如图3、图4所示,料斗内腔之前、后端侧墙板F2侧端在E2位置是与左斗身A3和右斗身A4相接的,下端与下斗身B2相接,前、后端侧墙板F2与左斗身A3和右斗身A4交接处亦呈尖角,上述尖角不仅会产生应力集中,而且也影响混凝土在料斗内壁的流动性。
本实用新型根据上述现有技术所存在的缺陷进行了改进,将所有构件相邻面之交接处皆采用圆弧过渡,以提高混凝土在料斗内之流动性。如图5、图6、图7所示,本实用新型左斗身A1、右斗身A2呈圆锥面,其斗身的母线与水平轴线倾斜成一个α角,其角度在5°至85°之间,且如图8所示,侧墙板C1与左斗身A1、右斗身A2交接处采用圆弧过渡,且其夹角大于90°,左斗身A1、右斗身A2与下斗身B1相接处交角也大于90°。如图9所示,本实用新型料斗内腔之前、后端侧墙板F1与左、右端侧墙板C1交界处E1位置直接相切焊接而成,侧端与左斗身A3和右斗身A4所形成的圆锥面相贯,形成一下滑之相贯线,下端与下斗身B1相接。这样,整个料斗内腔各相邻面之交接处均采用圆弧过渡,且均为向下之竖直面、斜面或圆弧面,其线条流畅,圆滑,无积料死角,搅拌不到的混凝土可因自身的重量自由滑落到圆锥台D1中,再流入下斗身B1中或直接流到下斗身B1中,混凝土的流动时间缩短,大大减少了混凝土的凝固。

Claims (4)

1、一种混凝土输送料斗,包括侧墙板、左斗身、右斗身、圆锥台和下斗身,所述料斗内腔之左、右两侧分别由侧墙板、左斗身、右斗身、圆锥台和下斗身依次连接,前、后两侧由侧墙板和下斗身相连而成,其特征在于:所述各构件相邻面之交接处圆弧过渡。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混凝土输送料斗,其特征在于:所述左斗身、右斗身呈圆锥面,其斗身中心线与水平轴线倾斜,斗身母线与水平轴线之夹角为5°~85°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的混凝土输送料斗,其特征在于:所述侧墙板与左斗身、右斗身垂直截面之间、左斗身、右斗身与圆锥台垂直截面之间的夹角大于90°。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的混凝土输送料斗,其特征在于:所述前、后端侧墙板与左、右端侧墙板交界位置相切,侧端与左斗身和右斗身相贯,下端与下斗身相接。
