Abstract

一种能够提高石油油井机械采油的振动采油器,由上接头,限位环,滑套,中心管,振动片,振动阀,筛管等组成,其中限位环用螺栓固定套装在中心管的上部,滑套套装在中心管的中部,振动片固定套装在中心管的下部。本产品安装在抽油泵的下部,当抽油机上冲程时,振动采油器随油管的弹性收缩向上运动,撞击滑套,使振动片发生振动,产生振动波;当抽油机下冲程时,振动采油器随油管的弹性伸长向下运动,撞击滑套,使振动片发生振动,产生振动波;振动采油器就是利用这种周期性的脉冲式往复运动,将系统内部的撞击能量转化位波动能量,并通过声波的方式传导入油层,解除油层堵塞,从而,实现了增加原油产量的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种石油油井采油装置,尤其是能提高油井产量的振动采油器。
背景技术
目前,公知的井下采油工具,只能抽油,没有振动解堵的功能。
发明内容
为了使井下采油工具具有振动解堵的功能,本实用新型提供一种振动采油器。该振动采油器的振动片,将强大的振动能量以声波的方式作用于油层,解除油井堵塞,疏通油流通道,创造有利于原油流动的环境,达到增加油井产量的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由上接头、限位环、中心管、滑套、振动片、振动阀、和筛管等组成振动采油器,安装在抽油泵下部。作用原理是:
当抽油机上冲程时,油管中液柱载荷作用在抽油杆上,振动采油器随油管的弹性收缩向上运动,撞击滑套,使振动片发生振动,产生振动波。
当抽油机下冲程时,油管中液柱载荷又全部作用在油管上,振动采油器随油管的弹性伸长向下运动,撞击滑套,使振动片发生振动,产生振动波。
振动采油器就是利用油管柱周期性的弹性变形,实现周期性的脉冲式往复运动,将系统内部的撞击能量转化为波动能量,并通过声波的方式传导入油层,解除油层堵塞。

具体实施方式
在图1中,上接头(1)为母螺纹,与油井内的油管联结;限位环(2)是用螺栓固定套装在中心管(3)的上部,限位环(2)的位置可以根据油井深度,人为进行调整;滑套(4)宽松地自由套装在中心管(3)的中部,滑套(4)的外表面用弹性材料制成,工作时,膨胀性地卡在套管内壁上;振动片(5)固定套装在中心管(3)的下部;振动阀(6)固定安装在中心管(3)的最下端;筛管(7)与振动阀(6)相连接。由图1可看出本实用新型的工作过程是这样的:
当抽油机上冲程时,油管中液柱载荷减少,油管弹性收缩向上运动,带动振动片(5)向上运动,此时,由于滑套(4)膨胀性地卡在套管的内壁上,没有位移,振动片(5)的上移运动必然要撞击滑套(4)产生振动,发出声波传入地层,然后,振动片(5)推动滑套(4)一起向上运动,直到上止点。
当抽油机下冲程时,油管中液柱载荷又全部作用在油管上,油管弹性伸长向下运动,带动振动片(5)和限位环(2)向下运动,此时,由于滑套(4)膨胀性地卡在套管的内壁上,没有位移,限位环(2)的下移运动必然要撞击滑套(4)产生振动,这种振动又通过中心管(3)传导至振动片(5),使振动片(5)发出声波传入地层,然后,限位环(2)推动滑套(4)一起向下运动,直到下止点,完成一个周期运动。

1.一种振动采油器,由上接头(1)、限位环(2)、中心管(3)、滑套(4)、振动片(5)、振动阀(6)、筛管(7)等组成,其特征在于:限位环(2)套装在中心管(3)的上部,滑套(4)套装在中心管(3)的中部,振动片(5)固定套装在中心管(3)的下部,振动阀(6)固定安装在中心管(3)的最下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动采油器,其特征在于筛管(7)与振动阀(6)相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的振动采油器,其特征在于限位环(2)是用螺栓与中心管(3)固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的振动采油器,其特征在于滑套(4)的外表面用弹性材料制作。
