Abstract

一种电连接组件,用于实现芯片模组与电路板的电性连接,其包括芯片模组、具有导电区之绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内之若干端子、框设于绝缘本体外围之加强片、组接于绝缘本体上之压板及拨动件。其中芯片模组的相对两端设有凸出部,该凸出部与绝缘本体上的缺口相对应且凸伸出缺口之外。该芯片模组上的凸出部可方便其安装与拆卸,并可避免移除芯片模组时发生不必要的端子弯折损坏现象。

电连接组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种电连接组件,尤指一种用于实现芯片模组电性连接至电路板的电连接组件。
【背景技术】
达成芯片模组与电路板电连接的电连接组件,其主要包括芯片模组、容置有若干导电端子的绝缘本体、框设于绝缘本体外围的加强片、压板及拨动件。压板及拨动件组接于绝缘本体的相对两端,且可将芯片模组固持于绝缘本体。绝缘本体的中部设有导电区,周边设有高于导电区表面的侧壁,导电区内容设有导电端子,且导电端子突出于导电区表面。
如图1所示为一种业界公知的电连接组件7,该电连接组件7包括芯片模组73、容置有若干导电端子(未图示)的绝缘本体72、框设于绝缘本体72外围的加强片74、压板75及拨动件76。
芯片模组73呈平板状构造,其顶面中央位置处设有散热装置731。芯片模组73置于绝缘本体72内,通过导电端子的作用实现芯片模组73与电路板(未图示)的电性导接。由于芯片模组73大致成方形结构,其侧壁与绝缘本体72相接触,因此该芯片模组73的拆卸较为不便,且在拆卸过程中由于用力不当很可能损坏导电端子,造成导电端子弯折。
因此,需要一种新型的电连接组件以弥补以上缺失。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便安装与拆卸并可避免在使用过程中损坏端子的电连接组件。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该电连接组件包括芯片模组、具有导电区的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干端子、框设于绝缘本体外围的加强片、组接于绝缘本体上的压板及拨动件。其中芯片模组的相对两端设有凸出部,该凸出部分别与绝缘本体上的两缺口对应。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:该芯片模组上的凸出部可方便其安装及拆卸,并可避免移除芯片模组时发生不必要的端子损坏现象。

【具体实施方式】
请一并参阅图2至图4,本实用新型电连接组件1包括芯片模组3、具有导电区20的绝缘本体2、收容于绝缘本体2内的若干端子(未标号)、框设于绝缘本体2外围的加强片4、组接于绝缘本体2上的压板5及拨动件6。芯片模组3置于绝缘本体2内,其导电片与绝缘本体2内的端子电性导接,而端子的另一端与电路板(未图示)电性连接,通过端子的媒介作用实现芯片模组3与电路板的电性导接。
绝缘本体2呈纵长形平板状构造,其设有两相对的第一侧壁24,与第一侧壁24相邻的第二侧壁26,及由第一侧壁24与第二侧壁26围设且用以容置芯片模组3的导电区20。于其中一第二侧壁26外设有一对卡块28以抵接装设于其上的压板5。于导电区20上设有若干端子收容槽22以容置端子,每一端子收容槽22内收容有一相应端子,端子突出于导电区20的表面与芯片模组以按压方式相抵接,而于该导电区20中央位置处设有开孔200。于绝缘本体2的两相对第二侧壁26的中间位置处设有缺口264,该缺口264用以与芯片模组3相配合以便于芯片模组3的取放。
压板5为一中空框体构造,其中央形成一开口51,其两相对之侧边为第一侧边50及第二侧边52,第一侧边50之中部凸出延伸形成有配合部500,该配合部500形成有配合面502。于第二侧边242对称延设有两横截面呈半圆弧状之扣持部504,于两扣持部504之间延设有大致呈条状之定位部506。压板5于连接第一侧边50及第二侧边52的两相对侧边的中部向绝缘本体2方向鼓起,形成夹持部54。压板5的扣持部504用于和加强片4相互卡合,且绝缘本体2的卡块28与压板5的扣持部504内侧面相互抵接。
拨动件6设有卡接部60、用于驱动电连接组件1处于开启或闭合位置的摇杆62及设于卡接部60中央的凸轮部64。驱动该拨动件6以使电连接组件1处于闭合位置时,该拨动件6的凸轮部64会压迫压板5邻近拨动件6的配合部500,进而进一步压紧芯片模组3。
芯片模组3呈纵长形平板状构造,其顶面中央位置处设有散热装置32,其底部设有若干导电片(未图示),芯片模组3的相对两端设有凸出部30,该凸出部30平行凸出方向凸伸出绝缘本体2的缺口264之外,且该凸出部30分别与绝缘本体2第二侧壁26上的两缺口264相对应。安装时,安装人员可固持住芯片模组3上的两相对应的凸出部30,将芯片模组3按压到绝缘本体2内,此时芯片模组3上的凸出部30位于绝缘本体2第二侧壁26上的缺口264内,其可协助定位芯片模组3,而芯片模组3的导电片与绝缘本体2内的端子电性导接,端子的另一端与电路板电性连接,通过端子的媒介作用实现芯片模组3与电路板的电性导接。需要拆卸芯片模组3时,固持住其上的两个相对应的凸出部30,将芯片模组3从绝缘本体2中取出,由于该凸出部30凸伸于绝缘本体2的缺口264之外,故该凸出部30便于芯片模组3的安装与拆卸并可保护端子,避免其在安装与拆卸过程中发生的弯折现象。

Claims (4)

1.一种电连接组件,其包括:芯片模组、设有导电区的绝缘本体,容置于绝缘本体导电区内的若干导电端子,绝缘本体一侧壁设有缺口,其特征在于:芯片模组对应于绝缘本体侧壁上的缺口的位置设有凸出部,该凸出部收容于缺口。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接组件,其特征在于:芯片模组的相对两端设置有对称的凸出部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接组件,其特征在于:芯片模组的凸出部凸伸出绝缘本体的缺口之外。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接组件,其特征在于:该电连接组件进一步包括框设于绝缘本体外围的加强片、组接于绝缘本体上的压板及拨动件。
