Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种发泡柜体的内胆，它是由左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板和顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板组成，所述的左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板与顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板的连接端一端弯折90度形成挡壁，其连接端的另一端置于挡壁内侧形成搭扣连接。本实用新型具有简化工艺、减少设备投入，降低生产成本的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发泡柜体的内胆。
背景技术
一般冷柜、消毒柜、陈列柜均为发泡柜体，发泡柜体是由外壳E、内胆A、内胆外壁与外壳之间的泡沫保温层C组成。内胆A是由几块金属薄板组成，其连接端B是对靠在一起(如图1所示)，必须通过焊接或铆接连接构成内胆，否则就不能进入冲压泡沫形成保温层的工序。这种内胆的连接结构不仅增加了制作工艺，而且需要专用设备的投入，增大了生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能简化工艺、减少设备投入的发泡柜体的内胆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它是由左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板和顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板组成，所述的左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板与顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板的连接端一端弯折90度形成挡壁，其连接端的另一端置于挡壁内侧形成搭扣连接。
本实用新型由于金属薄板与金属薄板连接端一端弯折90度形成挡壁与置于挡壁内侧的另一端形成的搭扣连接，这种连接的内胆已成为一个固定整体，省去焊接或铆接工序，直接可进入冲压泡沫形成保温层的工序，这种连接结构在保温层泡沫粘性的连接下就更加牢固，因此本实用新型具有简化工艺、减少设备投入，降低生产成本的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例1，参照图1，发泡柜体是由外壳3、内胆、内胆外壁与外壳3之间的泡沫保温层2组成。内胆是由左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板4、4′和顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板5组成。顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板5的顶部处的金属薄板的左右二端分别向下弯折90度形成挡壁1，左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板4、4′上端分别置于挡壁1内侧形成搭扣连接。
实施例2，参照图3，实施例2与实施例1结构相同，只是左侧金属薄板4、右侧金属薄板4′的上端分别向相弯折90度形成挡壁1，顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板5的顶部处的金属薄板的左右二端分别置于挡壁1内侧形成搭扣连接。

1、一种发泡柜体的内胆，它是由左侧金属薄板、右侧金属薄板和顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板组成，其特征是：所述的左侧金属薄板(4)、右侧金属薄板(4′)与顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板(5)的连接端的一端弯折90度形成挡壁(1)，其连接端的另一端置于挡壁(1)内侧形成搭扣连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发泡柜体的内胆，其特征是：所述的顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板(5)的顶部处的金属薄板的左右二端分别向下弯折90度形成挡壁(1)，左侧金属薄板(4)、右金属薄板(4′)上端分别置于挡壁(1)内侧形成搭扣连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的发泡柜体的内胆，其特征是：所述的左侧金属薄板(4)、右侧金属薄板(4′)的上端分别向相弯折90度形成挡壁(1)，顶部、底部、后部为一体的金属薄板(5)的顶部处的金属薄板的左右二端分别置于挡壁(1)内侧形成搭扣连接。
