本实用新型的真空相变炉属油田供热加热炉。
背景技术
目前在油田使用及其广泛常压水套炉,由于采用敞口式结构,水套炉内直接与大气相通,大量水蒸汽外溢,造成热能的极度浪费。热水循环系统中的水是从套炉中直接抽出,由于伴热流程水漏失,需要不断地向水套中补充水,由于条件限制,无一例外水套炉中补充的全是未经处理的生水,造成火筒烟管外壁及盘管外壁结垢后异常严重,大大降低了炉子热效率。其燃烧系统采用恒定流量燃油供热,随着来液量的变化,造成炉水温时高时低,给生产管理带来很大的难度。由于盘管直接放在敞口有痒沸水中,盘管受到腐蚀严重,盘管腐蚀加巨,炉子使用寿命及短,严重影响生产。经过委托江苏省质量技术监督锅炉热工测试中心测试,其热效率只有55%,针对存在的这些问题,我们研制了一种新型的高效热水相变炉来弥补常压水套炉存在的这些缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种热效率高,工作安全可靠,寿命长且节能环保的真空相变炉。
本实用新型的真空相变炉是对现有的真空相变炉的改进,包括由前、后端板及筒体组成的置于支座上的壳体,装在壳体内的炉胆,置于壳体内与炉胆及烟箱相通的火管及低位火管,装有防爆门的与烟箱相连的烟筒,以及测温计、水位计、安全阀、补水管、排污管,其特点是还包括在每个火管内装有扰流片,以便提高传热效率,在壳体内装有一组含水原油盘管和一组循环水盘管,采用这两组盘管同时在炉胆内加热,提高了热效率,节省了能量。本实用新型配制现有的自动控制柜,可实现全自动控制,可保持热媒水温度恒定,工作可靠。

具体实施方式
由图可知,本使用新型的真空相变炉包括由前端板8,右端板1和筒体2三者组成炉壳体置于支座6上,炉胆3装在壳体内,火管4置于壳体内与炉胆3及烟箱19相通,低位火管7置于壳体内的炉胆3下面,装有防爆门15的烟筒与烟箱19相连,还装有安全阀11,补水管12,水位计17,观火筒18,排污管20等部件,其改进的地方在于在每个火管4内装有扰流片5,其作用在于增加传热效率,另外,在壳体内的炉胆3的上方同时装有一组循环水盘管9和一组含水原油盘管10。同时采用这两组盘管在炉胆中加热有利用于提高热效率,从而节省了能量。
本真空相变炉配置现有的燃器控制柜如意大利百得BT120型燃烧控制柜,就可实现全自动控制。

1、一种真空相变炉包括由前端板(8),后端板(1)和筒体(2)组成的置于支座(6)上的壳体,炉胆(3)装在壳体内,火管(4)置于壳体的炉胆(3)旁边与炉胆(3)及烟箱(19)相通,低位火管(7)置于壳体内的炉胆(3)下面,装有防爆门(15)的烟筒与烟箱(19)相连,以及安全阀(11),补水管(12),水位计(17),观火筒(18),排污管(20)其特征在于,还包括在火管(4)内装有扰流片(5),在壳体内的炉胆(3)上方同时装有一组循环水盘管(9)和一组含水原油盘管(10)。
