Abstract
一种多向动力输出变速箱,其特点是行走变速机构具有与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴相连接的动力输出齿轮第二轴和行走齿轮箱动力输出轴,构成至少两向输出的结构。动力输出齿轮第二轴与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴联接;行走齿轮箱动力输出轴经传动齿轮与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴联接。由动力输出离合手柄控制接合套与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴相啮合或分离。在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴上设置有由行走齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄的调挡变速的变速机构。其优点是既提供车辆的行走动力外,还提供旋转扭矩动力输出,可多档变换转速,传递大功率旋转扭矩,使整地机车实现高质量耕作。

技术领域
本实用新型是涉及一种由动力箱输出变速机构、行走变速机构相联,具有多向动力输出的车用多向动力输出变速箱。
背景技术
现有由动力箱输出变速机构、行走变速机构相联而成的车用变速器,一般只有一个动力输出,输出的动力只能提供驱动车辆的行走动力,而不能为其它需要旋转扭矩的机械传递动力,因而,对于一些需要强劲的旋转扭矩带动工作的机械如深旋机具等需要旋转动力的机械,就不能从现有的车用变速器中获取动力。
拖拉机虽然有动力输出传动机构,但是由于整地普遍所使用的都是50-80马力的拖拉机,因动力不足和动力输出传动机构强度不够,并且不能灵活地变换转速,无法使深旋机具获得强劲扭矩和相应的速比,使深耕机具的研制和开发受到极大的制约。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种除了提供车辆的行走动力外,还提供旋转扭矩动力输出的多向动力输出变速箱。
本实用新型的解决方案是这样的:行走变速机构具有与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴相连接的动力输出齿轮第二轴和行走齿轮箱动力输出轴,构成至少两向输出的结构。
所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴联接;所述的行走齿轮箱动力输出轴经传动齿轮与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴联接。
所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴安装有与动力输出离合手柄相连的动力输出齿接合套,由动力输出离合手柄控制接合套与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴相啮合或分离。
所述的传动齿轮是连接在行走齿轮箱动力输出轴上的齿轮与连接在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴上的啮合。
本实用新型的优点是既提供车辆的行走动力外,还提供旋转扭矩动力输出,可多挡变换转速,传递大功率旋转扭矩,使整地机车实现高质量耕作。

本实用新型包括有动力输出齿轮室拨叉盖1、动力输入轴2、动力输出齿轮箱副轴3、动力输出齿轮箱壳体4、动力输出齿轮变速手柄5、动力输出离合手柄6、动力输出齿轮离合拨叉盖7、动力输出齿轮突缘叉接头8、动力输出齿轮第一轴9、动力输出齿轮接合套10、动力输出齿轮第二轴11、行惪齿轮箱传动齿轮12、行走齿轮箱传动齿轴13、接合套14、行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15、突缘叉接头16、行走齿轮箱壳体17、前驱动桥离合叉壳体18、前驱动桥接合套19、前驱动桥动力输出轴20、动力输出齿轮室拨叉21、动力输出离合拨叉22、行走齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄23、行走齿轮箱变速拨叉壳体24、前驱动拨叉离合手柄25。
本实用新型由动力箱输出变速机构、行走变速机构相联构成,行走变速机构的动力输出齿轮第二轴11与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9联接,行走变速机构具有与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9相连接的动力输出齿轮第二轴11和行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15,构成至少两向输出的结构。
本实施例中,所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴11与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9可用接合套联接和分离;所述的行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15经传动齿轮12与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9联接。
所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴11安装有与动力输出离合手柄6相连的动力输出齿接合套10,由动力输出离合手柄6控制接合套10与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9相啮合或分离。
所述的传动齿轮12是连接在行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15上的齿轮与连接在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴13上的啮合。行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15从变速器两头伸出,使本实施例构成三向动力输出的结构,动力输出齿轮第二轴11在上方,行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15在下方。
在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴13上设置有多挡主动齿轮,在行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15上设置有与之相对应的多挡从动齿轮,构成由行走齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄23的调挡变速器。动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴9带动传动齿轮12,通过行走齿轮箱传动齿轴13上的齿轮将动力传递给各挡齿轮,并经齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄23调节所需挡位的接合套14和行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15传递到前后突缘叉接头16,向外输出动力。
采用本实施例的结构,动力输出齿轮第二轴11的转速由动力输出齿轮变速手柄5进行换挡调速;行走齿轮箱动力输出轴15的转速由动力输出齿轮变速手柄5和行走齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄23进行换挡调速。
采用本实用新型样机与中国专利02254547.6号公开的“组合深耕机具”组合使用,达到很好的效果。
Claims (5)
1、一种多向动力输出变速箱,由动力箱输出变速机构、行走变速机构相联而成,行走变速机构的动力输出齿轮第二轴(11)与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴(9)联接,其特征在于行走变速机构具有与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴(9)相连接的动力输出齿轮第二轴(11)和行走齿轮箱动力输出轴(15),构成至少两向输出的结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多向动力输出变速箱,其特征在于所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴(11)与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴(9)联接;所述的行走齿轮箱动力输出轴(15)经传动齿轮(12)与动力箱输出变速机构动力输出齿轮第一轴(9)联接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的多向动力输出变速箱,其特征在于所述的动力输出齿轮第二轴(11)安装有与动力输出离合手柄(6)相连的动力输出齿接合套(10),由动力输出离合手柄(6)控制接合套(10)与动力箱输出变速机构的动力输出齿轮第一轴(9)相啮合或分离。
4、根据权利要求2所述的多向动力输出变速箱,其特征在于所述的传动齿轮(12)是连接在行走齿轮箱动力输出轴(15)上的齿轮与连接在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴(13)上的啮合。
5、根据权利要求4所述的多向动力输出变速箱,其特征在于在行走齿轮箱传动齿轴(13)上设置有多挡主动齿轮,在行走齿轮箱动力输出轴(15)上设置有与之相对应的多挡从动齿轮,构成由行走齿轮箱变速拨叉手柄(23)的调挡变速器。
