本实用新型的一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,电机输出端连接一个蜗杆(1),蜗杆(1)与蜗轮(2)相啮合,与所述蜗轮(2)同轴固定一个输入齿轮(3),所述输入齿轮(3)与输出齿轮(4)相啮合。本实用新型的一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,在不改变总速比的情况下,采用了两级减速,加强了输入齿轮的强度,且更便于加工、安装,整体齿轮减速机构结构紧凑,体积较小,同时满足了对电机齿轮减速机构强度和寿命的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种减速机构,特别涉及一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构。
背景技术
普通的用于调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,由于为了适应在调节汽车座椅靠背的角度时,旋转轻柔、舒适,所以要求电机齿轮减速机构的减速比较大,因此齿轮容易损坏。
目前,一般采用双齿轮或加大齿轮的方法来达到加强齿轮强度的目的,对于双齿轮结构,参见图1,由一根涡杆1两侧分别带动两个涡轮2向同一方向旋转,两个涡轮2上分别同轴固定一个塑料输入齿轮3,两输入齿轮3共同带动一个输出齿轮4,这样的涡轮2需要有两段方向不同的螺纹,因此加工难度较大,对模具的要求很高,所以成本较高,且所占空间较大;对于加大齿轮的结构,又会增加座椅的安装难度,且会降低乘车的舒适性。可见,以上解决办法均存在自身无法克服的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的缺点,提供了一种强度高,加工难度小,结构紧凑的调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构。
本实用新型的一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,电机输出端连接一个涡杆,涡杆与涡轮相啮合,与所述涡轮同轴固定一个输入齿轮,所述输入齿轮与输出齿轮相啮合。
本实用新型的一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,在不改变总速比的情况下,采用了两级减速,加强了输入齿轮的强度,且更便于加工、安装,整体齿轮减速机构结构紧凑,体积较小,同时满足了对电机齿轮减速机构强度和寿命的要求。

参照附图2,将详细叙述本实用新型的具体实施方式。
本实用新型的一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,电机输出端连接一个涡杆1,涡杆1与涡轮2相啮合,与所述涡轮2同轴固定一个输入齿轮3,所述输入齿轮3与输出齿轮4相啮合,所述输出齿轮4输出端与汽车座椅靠背相连接,带动汽车座椅靠背转动。
为了加强所述齿轮减速机构的强度,所以输入齿轮3也可以采用金属材料,而涡轮2和/或输出齿轮4可以采用塑料材料。
本实用新型的齿轮减速机构通过两级减速,可以将电机的输出转速3000±800转/分钟,减为22±2转/分钟,第一级涡杆,涡轮减速器的减速比为25-45∶1,优选37∶1,第二级齿轮减速器的减速比为34-43∶8-12,优选37∶9。
当然,按照以上所述的齿轮等强度传动机构的结构,本领域的技术人员很容易根据已知的输入、输出的转速比,计算并设计出相应的两级减速机构。
这样的结构,可以达到在相同速比和强度下,更便于加工、安装,同时满足了对电机齿轮减速机构强度和寿命的要求。

Claims (5)

1、一种调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,包含有输出齿轮(4),其特征在于,电机输出端连接一个涡杆(1),涡杆(1)与一个涡轮(2)相啮合,与所述涡轮(2)同轴固定一个输入齿轮(3),所述输入齿轮(3)与输出齿轮(4)相啮合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,其特征在于,所述输入齿轮(3)采用金属材料。
3、根据权利要求2所述的调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,其特征在于,所述涡轮(2)或输出齿轮(4)采用塑料材料。
4、根据权利要求1-3任一所述的调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,其特征在于,涡杆、涡轮减速比为25-45∶1,齿轮的减速比为34-43∶8-12。
5、根据权利要求4所述的调节汽车座椅靠背的电机齿轮减速机构,其特征在于,涡杆、涡轮减速比为37∶1,齿轮的减速比为37∶9。
