Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种液压传动汽车,包括车体、车轮、转向机构、装于车体上的离合器、油门、位于车体中与车轮连接的动力驱动装置,所述动力驱动装置包括通过管路连接的液压泵、液压马达、油箱、油量调节阀、离合器、倒车阀,其中油量调节阀与油门连接,液压马达安装在车轮上。本新型汽车采用液压驱动装置,代替传统的变速箱,解除了困扰发动机多年的换档麻烦,只要用脚控制油量调节阀,就可实现无级变速;能够在四个车轮上分别装上液压马达,实现四轮驱动或前、后轮相互切换驱动;由于结构简单、油量控制好调节,为今后发展成电脑控制提供了可行性,同时可以大幅度降低汽车的制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车,尤其是一种液压传动汽车。
背景技术
纵观世界各种汽车的传动结构,都是将发动机产生的高速扭矩通过离合器传给变速器,变速器经过传动轴传给驱动桥,经过驱动桥中的主减速器、差速器传递给半轴,由半轴带动车轮转动。而变速器、减速器、差速器都是由齿轮来传递扭矩的。由于一对齿轮的传动比是固定的,所以在要求必须有速比变化的场合只能采用增加齿轮的数量来完成。所以每辆汽车上都装有变速箱。但是,齿轮变速中的齿轮是有限的,所以它的速比也是有限的。近几年虽然在汽车上出现了自动变速和所谓的无级变速装置。但都是通过液压控制和电液压控制的自动换档控制系统来实现的。也就是说,它们还不是真正意义上的无级变速结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种采用液压马达,操作简单、成本低廉、能真正实现无级变速的液压传动汽车。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
一种液压传动汽车,包括车体、车轮、转向机构、装于车体上的离合器、油门、位于车体中与车轮连接的动力驱动装置,所述动力驱动装置包括通过管路连接的液压泵、液压马达、油箱、油量调节阀、离合器、倒车阀,其中油量调节阀与油门连接,液压马达安装在车轮上。
液压马达数量为二、四个中的一种,液压马达为为二个时,安装于两个后轮上或者两个前轮上,为四个时,安装在前后四个轮上。所述液压马达是液压叶片马达、液压齿轮马达中的一种。
所述液压泵是液压叶片泵、三螺杆液压泵中的一种。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本新型汽车采用液压传动装置,代替传统的齿轮传动装置,由于没有了齿轮传动的变速箱,可实现真正的无级变速,解决解除了困扰司机多年的换档麻烦,能够在四个车轮上分别装上液压马达,实现四轮驱动或前、后轮相互切换驱动;由于结构简单、油量控制好调节,为今后发展成电脑控制提供了可行性,同时可以大幅度降低汽车的制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,为了实现真正意义上的无级变速,降低汽车的制造成本,本新型对汽车的传统齿轮传动进行了彻底的改革。将齿轮传动完全抛弃,改由液压传动装置驱动,其包括通过管路连接的液压泵18、液压马达15、油箱17、油量调节阀12、离合器11、倒车阀14,其中油量调节阀12与油门连接,液压马达15安装在车轮16上,其中液压马达可以是液压叶片马达或者液压齿轮马达,当然,也可以采用其他形式的液压马达,而采用液压叶片马达是最好的选择,所述液压泵是液压叶片泵或者三螺杆液压泵,当然,也可以采用其他形式的液压泵,而采用液压叶片泵是最好的选择。
其中液压马达15可以只装在后轮上,形成后轮驱动,也可以在两个前轮上分别安装两个液压马达,构成前轮驱动,或者在前后四个车轮上都安装液压马达,形成四轮驱动。
工作原理:由发动机10产生的扭矩,经过离合器11传给液压泵18,液压泵18产生的高压液压油通过输油管连接三通13,三通13一端的通往驱动车轮上的液压马达15,液压马达的输出轴带动车轮转动。在三通13的另一端装有一个可调节液压油油量的油量调节阀12,当需要减速时,慢慢地打开该油量调节阀12,一部分液压油就直接流到油箱17中,流向液压马达的油相对减少了,液压马达的转速自然就变慢了。反之,可以加快转速。因此,就可以获得连续的无级变速。在油量调节阀后边的油管上装一个倒车阀14(四通阀,市场上可以买到),只要将四通阀的阀芯旋转90度,就可以改变液压油流进液压马达的进口位置,也就改变了马达的旋转方向,从而可改变汽车行进方向。
采用液压传动比采用齿轮传动有以下主要优点:
1、可以实现真正意义上的无级变速;
2、可以大幅度降低汽车的制造成本。
3、操作简单。只要控制油量调节阀(与普通汽车油门一样操作),就可实现无级变速。解除了困扰司机多年的换档麻烦。
4、采用液压传动,由于结构简单、油量调节好控制,为今后发展成电脑控制提供了可能。
Claims (4)
1、一种液压传动汽车,包括车体、车轮、转向机构、装于车体上的离合器、油门、位于车体中与车轮连接的动力驱动装置,其特征在于:所述动力驱动装置包括通过管路连接的液压泵、液压马达、油箱、油量调节阀、离合器、倒车阀,其中油量调节阀与油门连接,液压马达安装在车轮上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的液压传动汽车,其特征在于所述液压马达数量为二、四个中的一种,液压马达为为二个时,安装于两个后轮上或者两个前轮上,为四个时,安装在前后四个轮上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的液压传动汽车,其特征在于所述液压马达是液压叶片马达、液压齿轮马达中的一种。
4、根据权利要求1所述的液压传动汽车,其特征在于所述液压泵是液压叶片泵、三螺杆液压泵中的一种。
