本实用新型属一种高速回转式贴标机的标签台和夹标转鼓机构。
背景技术
在批量生产啤酒、饮料等产品的自动生产线上，常采用回转式贴标机向包装瓶上粘贴标贴，其主要结构是(参见图1)：设有由主传动机构带动旋转的托瓶转台(1)，环绕托瓶转台外周的等分位置上分别设有放置包装瓶的瓶位(4)，在托瓶转台上部设有升程凸轮压瓶机构，在托瓶转台侧部设有与链道(5)传动连接的进瓶星轮(6)和出瓶星轮(8)，进瓶星轮和出瓶星轮之间设有中心导向板(7)，在转台侧部还设有旋转标签台(3)，标签台外周的等分位置上分别设有放置标签的标板(10)，在标签台和托瓶转台之间设有旋转的夹标转鼓(2)，夹标转鼓外周的等分位置上分别设有由凸轮带动的指夹(9)，在自动化生产过程中，旋转的进瓶星轮(6)陆续将包装瓶通过中心导向板(7)送到托瓶转台的瓶位(4)上，夹标转鼓上的指夹(9)在凸轮的作用下周期性地从标签台的对应标板(10)上夹起涂了粘合剂的标签，待转到托瓶转台一侧时，在凸轮作用下将标签贴到包装瓶上，贴完标贴的包装瓶通过中心导向板(7)和旋转的出瓶星轮(8)退出托瓶转台。在上述自动夹标、贴标过程中，每组指夹(9)要与标板(10)、瓶位(4)同步转动，才能保证指夹准确取标，准确贴标。现有在标签台上等分设置8个标板的高速回转式贴标机，通常在夹标转鼓上等分设置六组指夹，这样给其同步调整带来了不便，易产生误差，影响贴标的准确性。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于调整同步对应关系的高速回转式贴标机的标签台和夹标转鼓机构。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图)：本实用新型设有分别与主传动机构传动连接的旋转标签台(3)和夹标转鼓(2)，标签台上设有8块标板(10)，8块标板分别位于标签台面外周的8等分位置上，其特征在于：在所述夹标转鼓(2)上设有8组指夹(9)，8组指夹分别位于夹标转鼓外周的8等分位置上。
本实用新型夹标转鼓上的指夹数量与标签台上标板数量是一对一的关系，所以非常容易调整其同步对应关系，为整机调整提供了方便。

具体实施方案
本例中心轴与主传动机构传动连接的标签台3上设有8块标板10，8块标板分别设置在标签台面外周8等分的位置上，中心轴与主传动机构传动连接的夹标转鼓2上设有8组指夹9，8组指夹分别设置在夹标转鼓外周8等分的位置上。
标签台与夹标转鼓其它部位的结构与常规技术相同。
