Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种多层材料复合体,由多层材料结合而成,所述的多层材料中至少包含一层热活化纤维布,该热活化纤维布贴合于两其它材料层中间。热活化纤维布具有交替的由突起和凹陷构成的三维形状。本实用新型可广泛应用于各种聚氨酯材料与橡胶(塑胶)结合,增加结合强度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种尤其是一种多种材料复合体,适用于制作多层塑胶、鞋面以及汽车或者家具配件。
背景技术
在多层塑胶材料,尤其是制鞋工艺过程中,往往需要将数层材料结合在一起,并且要求各层材料的结合具有一定的粘合强度。通常各材料贴合时需以人工打粗、处理、加硫(热)、定型再加胶水贴合方式结合,这样做工序复杂,成本较高,而且粘合强度以及抗剪切强度不够,以此制成的鞋子在实际的使用过程种往往会出现断开或者撕裂的情况,成为严重的产品质量问题。
在汽车配件以及家具多层复合配件制作过程中,一般使用胶水粘接,由于配件材料之间表面相容性的不足,容易造成胶水老化形成脱落,减短耐用性与整体美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够克服上述现有产品的缺点,具有制作工艺简单,较高强度,不容易断裂的多层材料组合体。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种多层材料复合体,由多层材料结合而成,所述的多层材料中至少包含一层热活化纤维布,该活化纤维布贴合于两其它材料层中间。
作为对本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的热活化纤维布具有交替的由突起和凹陷构成的三维形状。
作为对本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的热活化纤维布以热压或灌注或注塑方法与其它材料层贴合。
本实用新型中,由于在材料组合层中加入了热活化纤维布,由于纤维布的突起和凹陷分别与其它材料结合,增大了结合面积,从而增加了粘接强度,另一方面,由于纤维材料本身具有一定的抗拉强度,从而增加了组合材料整体的抗拉强度。
用本实用新型于制鞋中,鞋面的抗拉力可超越传统结合所需之基本强度,可达到半成品加工流程减化工序目的,减少人工时间浪费。
用于汽车、家具配件制造中,可以利用贴合纤维布与材料生产时一体成型结合,促成配件与胶水整体黏着性的增强,减缓胶水老化时间,以提高相对制品耐用持久性。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,该多层材料复合体由多层材料结合而成,所述的多层材料中至少包含一层热活化纤维布2,该活化纤维布贴合于材料层1和材料层3中间。热活化纤维布2具有交替的由突起和凹陷构成的三维形状。
制作过程中,可先将纤维布的一面以热压或灌注或注塑方法结合在一种物料上,然后再将另一种所需塑料直接灌注或注塑直接结合或物料直接热压结合。本实用新型中,所述的其它材料层为塑胶材料或者金属材料或者木质材料。本实用新型可广泛应用于各种聚氨脂材料与橡胶(塑胶)结合,增加结合强度。

1、一种多层材料复合体,由多层材料结合而成,其特征在于,所述的多层材料中至少包含一层热活化纤维布,该活化纤维布贴合于两其它材料层中间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多层材料复合体,其特征在于:所述的热活化纤维布具有交替的由突起和凹陷构成的三维形状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多层材料复合体,其特征在于:所述的热活化纤维布以热压或灌注或注塑方法与其它材料层贴合。
4、根据权利要求1所述的多层材料复合体,其特征在于:所述的其它材料层为塑胶材料或者金属材料或者木质材料。
