Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种面包机，具体地讲是一种具有煲饭功能的面包机。它是在一般面包机的基础上增加一套煲饭装置，使之具有煲饭功能。此煲饭装置有两种方案实现。第一种煲饭装置包括发热盘和内锅，设置在面包机的烤箱内。另一种煲饭装置包括发热盘、内锅和外锅，和烤箱并列设置在一起。其结构简单、紧凑，占用空间少。烤面包和煲饭均由微电脑控制器控制，自动化程度高，使用方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种面包机，尤其是一种具有煲饭功能的面包机。
背景技术
目前，市面上出售的全自动的面包机有很多，大多可以实现搅面，发酵，烘烤，保温，完成面包制作的全过程；同样，市面上出售的电饭煲的种类也很多。但是，将两者结合起来，能同时具有烤面包和煲饭功能的家电设备还没有。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种既能烤面包，又能煲饭的家用电器设备，即一种具有煲饭功能的面包机，以弥补现有技术的不足。
按此目的设计的一种具有煲饭功能的面包机，包括外壳、烤箱、面包桶、电热管、热敏电阻传感器、散热筒、搅拌棒、传动系统、控制电机和微电脑控制器，其特征是还设置有一套煲饭装置。此煲饭装置有两种方案实现，第一种煲饭装置包括发热盘和内锅，设置在面包机的烤箱内；另一种煲饭装置包括发热盘、内锅和外锅，和烤箱并列设置在一起。
为了让控制器自动地控制煲饭过程，在煲饭机构内锅的底部还设置有温度传感器。对于上面所述的前一种结构，由于面包桶和内锅安放在同一位置，温度传感器设置在内锅底部的边缘部位，对于上面所述后一种结构，温度传感器设置在内锅底部中心部位。
本实用新型在烤面包机的基础上加装了煲饭装置，扩展了面包机的功能，具有结构简单、紧凑，占用空间少，自动化程度高，使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的第一实施例，如图1、图2所示。它包括传统面包机的外壳1，烤箱2，面包桶3，电热管4，搅拌棒5，控制电机8，传动系统6，热敏电阻传感器9，散热筒14，和微电脑控制器7。其中面包桶3安置在烤箱2中，烤箱2内壁设置有热敏电阻传感器9，内壁下部设置有电热管4，电热管4围绕在面包桶3的周围。面包桶3内设置有搅拌棒5，它和控制电机8之间有传动系统6，控制电机8通过传动系统控制搅拌棒5围绕其旋转轴心旋转，以达到搅面的目的。微电脑控制器7起控制面包机的功能，实现搅拌、发酵和烘烤的全过程的自动化。烤制面包时，水蒸气可以从外壳1顶部的散热筒14中排出。本实施例在传统面包机的烤箱2内增设有发热盘11和内锅12。图1中，由于烤箱中放置了面包桶3，此时机器是在烤面包，所以发热盘11并未通电。在微电脑控制器7的控制下，机器自动烤面包。图2中，内锅12取代面包桶3安置在烤箱内，内锅12与发热盘11上表面及温度传感器10接触良好，机器开动后，微电脑控制器7按照预先设定的程序，控制发热管4和发热盘11在适当的时候加热，自动完成煲饭功能。在使用时，若想烤面包，则在烤箱内放置面包桶，在微电脑控制器7的控制下即可自动完成搅拌、发酵和烘烤等面包制作的全过程；若想煲饭，则在烤箱内放置内锅，在微电脑控制器7的控制下自动完成煲饭的全过程。
本实用新型的第二实施例，如图3、图4所示，图中煲饭装置和烤箱并列设置。与传统面包机相比，本实施例加大了传统面包机外壳，使之能容纳烤面包和煲饭两套装置。外壳内增设了外锅13，外锅13内是发热盘11和内锅12，内锅12底部和发热盘11上表面具有相同的轮廓，使传热效果达到最佳。在内锅12的底部中心位置设置有温度传感器10。烤面包和煲饭两套装置并列设置，没有了替换面包桶和内锅的麻烦，并且在微电脑控制器7的控制下烤面包和煲饭能同时全自动地进行。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有煲饭功能的面包机，包括外壳(1)、烤箱(2)、面包桶(3)、电热管(4)、散热筒(14)，热敏电阻传感器(9)、搅拌棒(5)、传动系统(6)、控制电机(8)和微电脑控制器(7)，其特征是还设置有一套煲饭装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有煲饭功能的面包机，其特征是所述煲饭装置包括发热盘(11)和内锅(12)，设置在面包机的烤箱内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有煲饭功能的面包机，其特征是所述煲饭装置包括发热盘(11)、内锅(12)和外锅(13)，和烤箱并列设置在一起。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的具有煲饭功能的面包机，其特征是在内锅(12)的底部还设置有温度传感器(10)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的具有煲饭功能的面包机，其特征是温度传感器(10)设置在内锅(12)底部的边缘部位。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具有煲饭功能的面包机，其特征是温度传感器(10)设置在内锅(12)底部中心部位。
