Abstract

本实用新型涉及无油空压机的技术，特别是其曲轴箱技术。
背景技术
目前广泛应用的空压机多为有油空压机。由于连接在马达前端的曲轴箱内布置偏心轮，而曲轴箱内充有机油，长时间工作后，有油空压机在工作时会污染环境，而漏油也是不可避免的现象，工作中遇到缺油状况还会影响寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于为空压机配套设计一种无油的曲轴箱，以改善有油空压机的上述弊端。
本实用新型包括箱体，箱体的后端设有可与马达连接的开口端，在箱体内布置的偏心轮，在与偏心轮轴向平行的方向设置进风口。
本实用新型在曲轴箱的前端面开设进气口，空气从曲轴箱进入后，通过活塞连杆送气，实现无油工作，既无污染，又无缺油的安全隐患。
为防止环境空气的尘埃带入，本实用新型还在进风通道上设滤网。
为固定滤网，也便于更换、清洗，本实用新型在箱体前端设有敞开的端面，并于端面的周向设有连接螺孔，所述滤网通过两只设有条状孔的连接盖支撑在箱体的前端。

具体实施例
圆筒状箱体1的上侧壁设有通孔10，在箱体1内通过轴承支撑一偏心轮2，偏心轮2的轴向与箱体1的轴向平行。
在箱体1的前端周向对称开设四个螺孔6，两个圆形内连接盖3、外连接盖5上分别开设条状通孔9和周向的四个连接孔8，圆形滤网4通过内、外连接盖3、5的夹持和螺钉7、连接螺孔6连接在箱体1的前端。

1、无油空压机的曲轴箱，包括箱体，箱体的后端设有可与马达连接的开口端，在箱体内布置的偏心轮，其特征在于在与偏心轮轴向平行的方向设置进风口。
2、根据权利要求1所述曲轴箱，其特征在于在进风通道上设滤网。
3、根据权利要求2所述曲轴箱，其特征在于在箱体前端设有敞开的端面，并于端面的周向设有连接螺孔，所述滤网通过两只设有条状孔的连接盖支撑在箱体的前端。
