本实用新型涉及一种组合密封装置,尤其适用于液压往复运动和高压低速旋转密封用。
背景技术
当前液压系统中所用的密封件普遍是O形圈、Y形圈等橡胶密封圈,橡胶密封圈具有易磨损、摩擦阻力大、容易发生“爬行”现象,工作寿命短等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种密封性能好、摩擦阻力小、工作寿命长的高性能L形滑环式组合密封。
本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的:该组合密封是由一个L形滑环和O形橡胶圈组成,L形滑环密封唇部带有若干个环形三角沟槽。
其积极效果是:由于采用了上述方案,即可使实用新型具有结构简单紧凑、安装方便、密封性能好、工作寿命长等优点。尤其适用于液压往复运动和高压低速旋转密封及静密封。

具体实施方式
参照图1,该组合密封由一个L形滑环(1)、O形橡胶圈(2)组成,在L形滑环唇部加工有若干个环形三角沟槽(5),以储存少量润滑液,使L形滑环在液膜上运行,减小摩擦和磨损,提高密封件寿命。在本实施例中,L形滑环采用由填充料改性的聚四氟乙烯塑料制作,L形滑环的唇口厚度δ为1-2.5mm,挡边宽度b为1-3mm。
图2为将该组合密封安装在工件上的剖示图,组合密封被装在密封腔体(3)与活塞杆(4)接触的部位。
其工作原理是:由图1和图2可知,O形橡胶圈起到提供弹力和副密封作用。在零压或低压下,预压缩的O形圈提供初始密封力,而当系统压力升高时,主要密封力由系统压力组成,从而保证了从零压到高压都能可靠密封。L形滑环唇部带有若干个环形三角沟槽,环形三角沟槽可以储存少量润滑液,使L形滑环经常在液膜上运行,从而减小摩擦和磨损,因此大大提高了工作寿命。L形滑环挡边具有防止密封圈高压下挤出的功能,使密封圈在高压下保持正常工作。

1、一种L形滑环式组合密封,其特征在于该密封是由一个L形滑环和O形橡胶圈组成,L形滑环唇部带有若干个环形三角沟槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的L形滑环组合密封,其特征是L形滑环是由填充料改性的聚四氟乙烯塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的L形滑环组合密封,其特征是L形滑环的唇口厚度δ为1-2.5mm,挡边宽度b为1-3mm。
