本实用新型涉及一种自卸式电瓶三轮车,包括车把、前轮、车架、后轮、电瓶箱、电机、链条传动装置和控制电路等,所述车厢后部铰接在车架的后部,装连在车架上由油箱、电机、油泵、分配器、油缸构成的液压自卸装置,所述的分配器装在车架的前部,油缸铰接在车架的中部,且油缸的柱塞杆顶部与车厢的底部铰接,油缸通过油管依次与分配器,油泵和油箱构成液压回路,且电机的输出轴与油泵的输入轴连接。本实用新型采用无污染、低噪声的绿色交通工具——电瓶三轮车作为运输工具,不仅大大提高了工作效率,同时也大大降低了工人的劳动强度,改善工人的工作环境。

本实用新型涉及一种电瓶三轮车,尤其是涉及一种带液压自卸式的电瓶三轮车。
背景技术
环卫工人每天都要清理大量的散装垃圾,尤其是在夏季,无论在居民区还是在一些共公场所,日产垃圾量就更多。目前,共公场所设置的垃圾桶以及住宅小区内的垃圾桶或各垃圾房内的垃圾,基本上都是通过人力用手推板车将垃圾运送到指定地点后进行处理。但由于手推板车是一种较落后的运输工具,不仅运输效率非常低,而且装卸、运送垃圾的劳动强度较大,劳动环境较为恶劣。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服已有技术的不足,提供一种能提高工作效率,并能降低工人劳动强度的自卸式电瓶三轮车。
本实用新型为达到上述目的的技术方案是:一种自卸式电瓶三轮车,包括车把、前轮、车架、后轮、电瓶箱、电机、链条传动装置和控制电路等,所述车厢后部铰接在车架的后部,装连在车架上由油箱、电机、油泵、分配器、油缸构成的液压自卸装置,所述的分配器装在车架的前部,油缸铰接在车架的中部,且油缸的柱塞杆顶部与车厢的底部铰接,油缸通过油管依次与分配器,油泵和油箱构成液压回路,且电机的输出轴与油泵的输入轴连接。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案后的优点在于:本实用新型采用无污染、低噪声的绿色交通工具——电瓶三轮车作为运输工具,不仅大大提高了运输效率,同时也大大降低了工人的劳动强度。其次,由于电瓶三轮车的体积较小,故能方便行驶在住宅小区内对散装垃圾进行转运,适应性强。再则,本实用新型在电瓶三轮车的车架上安装了由油箱、油泵、分配器和油缸构成的液压自卸装置,通过液压油就能实现垃圾的自卸功能,不仅结构简单,而且还能进一步降低工人的劳动强度,提高工作效率,改善工人的工作环境。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的自卸式电瓶三轮车,包括车把2、前轮1、车架5、后轮11、电瓶箱4、电机14、链条传动装置15、控制电路,电瓶4装在车架5的前部,电机14也装在车架5上并通过链条传动装置15带动后轴16驱动后轮11行驶,电瓶三轮车上还装有刹车机构。见图1所示,车架5上部的周边框架上还固定连接有缓冲框13,该缓冲框13为木质框和橡胶框,车厢6后下部的轴销与车架5上轴套铰接,或车厢6后下部的轴套与车架5上的轴销铰接,使车厢6沿车架5的后侧翻转。见图1、2所示车架5上还装有由油箱7、电机8、油泵9、分配器3、油缸12构成的液压自卸装置,贮存液压油的油箱7装在车架5的前部,油箱7上设有过滤器18,且油箱7上还具有油孔和回油孔,其出油孔通过高压油管17与油泵9的进油口相通,电机8通过连接轴与油泵9相连,给油泵9提供动力,该油泵9采用齿轮泵,将一定压力和流量的油液达到产生系统液压力能通过高压油管输至分配器3的工作口。本实用新型的分配器3装在车架5的前部,可采用三位三通或图3所示的二位二通式分配器3,分配器3的工作口通过高压油管17与油泵9的出油口相连,且分配器3的回油口通过油管与油箱7的回油孔相连,油缸12铰接在车架5的中部,车架5的纵梁上固定连接或焊有油缸支座10,油缸12的连接座通过轴销铰接在油缸支座10上,而油缸9的柱塞杆顶部与车厢6的底部铰接,油缸12可选用单作用油缸或双作用缸,油缸12的进油口通过高压油管17与分配器3相连,见图3所示,当操作分配器3位于提升时,高压油液经分配器3的工作口并通过高压油管17进入油缸12内,使油缸12柱塞杆伸出,车厢6倾斜卸出垃圾,实现液压自卸功能;当分配器3位于中立位置时,则高压油液直接通过分配器3内的回油口、油管回油箱7,使油缸12维持伸出状态。当关闭电机或操纵分配器3处于下降时,则油缸12内的油液通过回油管回油箱7,油缸12的柱塞杆收缩,车厢6位于正常位置。
为了在垃圾运送过程中,不会将散装的垃圾散落,本实用新型的车厢6顶部的两侧分别铰接有盖板。

1、一种自卸式电瓶三轮车,包括车把(2)、前轮(1)、车架(5)、后轮(11)、电瓶箱(4)、电机(14)、链条传动装置(15)和控制电路等,其特征在于:所述车厢(6)后部铰接在车架(5)的后部,装连在车架(5)上由油箱(7)、电机(8)、油泵(9)、分配器(3)、油缸(12)构成的液压自卸装置,所述的分配器(3)装在车架(5)的前部,油缸(12)铰接在车架(5)的中部,且油缸(12)的柱塞杆顶部与车厢(6)的底部铰接,油缸(12)通过油管依次与分配器(3),油泵(9)和油箱(7)构成液压回路,且电机(8)的输出轴与油泵(9)的输入轴连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自卸式电瓶三轮车,其特征在于:所述车架(5)的纵梁固定连接有油缸支座(10),油缸(12)的连接座通过轴销铰接在油缸支座(10)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的自卸式电瓶三轮车,其特征在于:所述车架(5)上部的周边还固定连接有缓冲框(13)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的自卸式电瓶三轮车,其特征在于:所述的缓冲框(13)为木框和橡胶框。
5、根据权利要求1所述的自卸式电瓶三轮车,其特征在于:所述车厢(6)顶部的两侧分别铰接有盖板。
