Abstract

一种新型丝锥,它包括丝锥的前切削部分和丝锥的后修整部分,丝锥前切削部分的斜角γ为3°30’~4°,丝锥的后修整部分为双后角α1=10°,α2=20°。本实用新型将切削任务由I、II攻合理负担,I攻完成大部分切屑、II攻除起修整作用外,还负担一部分切削,切削平稳轻快,不需要退回清屑,II攻到底,加工效率比原来提高7倍以上,而且质量有所提高,可由原来的手攻改为机攻,减轻劳动强度。

本实用新型涉及一种攻丝的丝锥。
                        背景技术
现在机械产品加工中,攻丝是采用两支一付的普通丝锥加工,由于丝锥前切削的斜角较大,γ=28°,中部与根部几乎没有斜角,后角α等于零,因此I攻的前几个切削刃担负绝大部分切削,切削厚、变形大,切削力也大,而零件材料韧性较强,产生的弹性变形也大,丝锥的中后段部分虽不参与切削,但由于后角为零,产生磨擦力较大,随着丝锥的不断深入,切削不平稳,甚至切削力和摩擦力大于丝锥的抗扭强度,使丝锥折断,所以不得不与II攻反复交替施工数次,才能达到深度要求。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是设计一种新型丝锥,它切屑变薄,切层变形小,与零件的摩擦力小。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括丝锥的前切削部分和丝锥的后修整部分,丝锥前切削部分的斜角γ为3°30′~4°,丝锥的后修整部分为双后角α1=10°,α2=20°。
本实用新型将切削任务由I、II攻合理负担,I攻完成大部分切屑、II攻除起修整作用外,还负担一部分切削,切削平稳轻快,不需要退回清屑,II攻到底,加工效率比原来提高7倍以上,而且质量有所提高,可由原来的手功改为机攻,减轻劳动强度。

                     具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,现在的丝锥前切削的斜角较大γ′=28°,其中部和根部几平没有斜角,α=0,丝锥I攻的前几个削刃担负绝大部分切削,切削厚,变形大,切削力也大,后角α为零,摩擦力较大,这样丝锥易折断。
如图3、图4所示,本实用新型丝锥的前切削部分(1)的斜角γ为3°30′~4°,丝锥的后修整部分(2)为双后角α1=10°,α2=20°。由于斜角γ变小,虽然参加切屑的刃数增多,但是切削变薄,切屑变形小,切削力小,零件的弹性变形也相对减少,丝锥的后修正改为双后角,在保证刃部强度的前提下,减少了后面与零件的摩擦,除起修整作用外,还负担一部分切削,使切削平稳,不用退回清屑。
