Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种防锁死刹车结构改进,旨在消除现有自行车刹车装置在紧急刹车时容易锁死的不足。本实用新型在自行车的刹车座(20)内依次设有滑座(30)及弹簧(50),弹簧的作用方向对应刹车的应力方向,滑座(30)内嵌设有刹车胶皮(40),在刹车座(20)底面与滑座(30)的接触面装设有滑动元件(60),在刹车座(20)的滑槽(21)底部配设耐磨片(70)。本实用新型不但具有防锁死刹车系统的效果,而且刹车动作顺畅,各元件之间不会产生过大摩擦损耗,适用于自行车、滑板车、电机车等。

防锁死刹车结构改进
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防锁死刹车结构的改进,具体是指运用刹车座、滑座、弹簧及滑动元件等结构组合而成的一种刹车结构。
背景技术
目前常见的自行车(滑板车、电机车等)刹车结构利用一鞍架组装二片刹车块体,并利用鞍架带动刹车块体夹制轮圈,凭借刹车块体和轮圈之间的磨擦力使自行车停止运动。上述刹车结构存在下述不足之处:骑乘者在紧急刹车时的施加的制动力很大,通常大于轮胎的摩擦力,刹车块体与轮胎呈完全咬死(无法相对运动)的状态,容易造成轮胎锁死(轮胎即刻停止),骑乘者驾驭不稳而失控摔倒、受伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种改进的刹车结构,其刹车座底面与滑座的接触面为倾斜面,且刹车座底面与滑座的接触面装设有滑动元件,通过弹簧、倾斜面及滑动元件使滑座在刹车座内往复动作,产生防锁死刹车系统的效果,且让自行车的紧急刹车动作持续缓和。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过如下技术方案得以实现的:一种改进的防锁死刹车结构,由刹车座、滑座、弹簧和滑动元件组成,组设在车辆轮圈的刹车鞍架上。所述刹车座对应轮圈制设有滑槽;所述弹簧置于刹车座的滑槽内,一端抵顶刹车座,弹簧的弹力方向对应刹车方向;所述滑座滑设且被限制在刹车座的滑槽内,所述滑座内嵌设有刹车胶皮且其一端抵顶弹簧,所述滑座对应刹车座的滑槽制设有凹陷容置槽;所述滑动元件滑动地组设在滑座的容置槽内,并承载滑座在刹车座的滑槽内滑移。
所述刹车座的滑槽底面最好制设有倾斜面,该倾斜面随自行车轮圈旋向由内向外倾斜;滑座底面最好也制设有倾斜面;滑座底面的倾斜面对应配合刹车座的倾斜面,并随自行车轮圈旋向由内向外倾斜。
所述刹车座、滑座和刹车胶皮上最好设有对应自行车轮圈旋转角度的弧度。
所述刹车座的滑槽底部最好设有耐磨片。
所述滑动元件最好是滚珠、滚柱、滚针或滚轮。
与现有技术的刹车装置相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:(1)自行车刹车座内依序滑设有一滑座及若干弹簧,弹簧的作用方向对应于刹车的应力方向,而滑座内侧嵌设有刹车胶皮,另在刹车座底面与滑座的接触面装设有滑动元件,并在刹车座的滑槽底部配设有耐磨片,因而具有防锁死刹车系统的效果,克服了现有自行车刹车装置在紧急刹车时容易锁死的不足。(2)滑动元件采用一般的滚珠、滚针、滚柱或滚轮,使各部件之间不会产生过大摩擦损耗,刹车动作顺畅,各元件之间不会产生过大摩擦损耗,符合现今自行车爱好者的使用习惯,尤其对于操作能力较弱的初学者、年幼者及妇女而言,自行车轮胎不会在紧急刹车时马上停止,而是产生缓和的停止前进,能够有效保障骑乘者的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、2、3、4所示是本实用新型一较佳实施例各相关部件的构造及其相互关系。如图所示,本实用新型的刹车装置由一刹车座20、一滑座30、一刹车胶皮40、一弹簧50、六滑动元件60及一耐磨片70共同组成,其中:
刹车座20对应于自行车轮圈10制设有一滑槽21及开口24,且在刹车座20底部埋设有一定位螺栓22,螺栓22通过螺帽23定位在自行车刹车鞍架11二端内侧;另外,在开口24边缘制设有限制片25,并于滑槽21底面制设有一倾斜面26,倾斜面26随自行车轮圈10旋向由内向外倾斜;在对应倾斜面26的侧边凸设有定位凸27,而刹车座20上制设有对应自行车轮圈10旋转角度的弧度A。
滑座30对应滑设在刹车座20的滑槽21内,且被刹车座20的限制片25限制在开口24内,而在滑座30内嵌设有刹车胶皮40,刹车胶皮40凸出于刹车座20的开口24(对应自行车轮圈10的二侧),另在滑座30侧边制设有一卡凸31,卡凸31则对应刹车座20的定位凸27,另在滑座30底面制设有一倾斜面32,倾斜面32对应配合刹车座20的倾斜面26,倾斜面32同样随轮圈10旋向由内向外倾斜,而在滑座30、刹车胶皮40上制设有对应轮圈10旋转角度的弧度A,又在滑座30对应刹车座20的倾斜面26制设有六个凹陷容置槽33;
弹簧50置于刹车座20的滑槽21内,且其一端套设在刹车座20的定位凸27上,而另一端则套设在滑座30侧边的卡凸31上;
滑动元件60为六颗圆滑的金属滚珠,且可滑动地置于滑座30的凹陷容置槽33内,金属滚珠在滑座30滑移时滚动,使滑座30在刹车座20的滑槽21内顺畅运动;
耐磨片70用耐磨材料制成,对应于刹车座20的滑槽21底部倾斜面26,提供滑动元件60的滚动磨擦力。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的刹车动作过程。
如图5所示为本实用新型的未动作状态,即未刹车时的状态。此时,自行车刹车鞍架11使二侧的刹车座20远离自行车轮圈10,而滑座30则被弹簧50的弹力推向自行车轮圈10前进方向的相反端,滑座30底面的倾斜面32与刹车座20的倾斜面26相配合,自行车轮圈10未和刹车胶皮40接触,自行车可前进自如。
如图6所示系本实用新型的刹车初步动作状态,即刚开始刹车时的状态。骑乘者按压刹车拉柄后,自行车刹车鞍架11使二侧的刹车座20向内靠近自行车轮圈10,凸出于刹车座20开口24的刹车胶皮40开始磨擦自行车轮圈10,自行车轮圈10将很大的惯性应力传递给刹车胶皮40,刹车胶皮40则通过滑座30将应力传递给倾斜面32、滑动元件60和弹簧50;但此时由于车辆的惯性作用力小于弹簧50的弹力,滑座30在刹车座20内不会滑动,行驶速度较低的自行车会渐渐停止前进。
如图7所示是本实用新型的刹车后续动作状态,即紧急刹车时的状态。由于骑乘者在紧急刹车时施加的力和自行车本身的惯性力都很大,加上车辆本身的惯性力大于弹簧50的弹力,滑座30开始压缩弹簧50;滑座30在滑动元件60的滚动配合下滑动(仍保持在刹车座20的滑槽21内),由于其倾斜面32滑靠配合刹车座20的倾斜面26,滑座30会由内向外斜移并使刹车胶皮40同时由内向外斜移;与此同时,刹车座20、滑座30及刹车胶皮40上的弧度A会使弹簧50、倾斜面26承受应力,并通过滑动元件60在耐磨片70上滑动,因此刹车胶皮40施加的摩擦力减少,而刹车的制动力小于轮胎的摩擦力(不会产生锁死),自行车轮圈10仍会略向前运动而使轮胎与地面之间不会产生过大的摩擦损失,并仍具有转向循迹能力。
如图8所示是本实用新型的再度动作状态,即刹车持续时的状态。由于刹车胶皮40斜移使摩擦力变小,弹簧50开始释放压缩力,并且利用滑动元件60及倾斜面32和26的配合让滑座30向内复位;刹车胶皮40接触自行车轮圈10再度增加摩擦力,当摩擦力仍然过大时,滑座30又会瞬间向外滑出,即滑座30在紧急刹车的瞬间进行数次往复动作而产生防锁死刹车系统的效果,并使自行车的紧急刹车动作在瞬间放松刹车和瞬间回复刹车的交替运作下缓和。
本实用新型利用滑动元件60在滑座30滑移时进行滚动,不但使滑座30在刹车座20的滑槽21内运动自如,且滑动元件60搭配耐磨片70后产生了最佳的滚动状态。
本实用新型的滑动元件60还可用滚针、滚柱或滚轮代替。

Claims (8)

1、一种改进的防锁死刹车结构,由刹车座(20)、滑座(30)、弹簧(50)和滑动元件(60)组成,组设在车辆轮圈(10)的刹车鞍架(11)上,其特征是:
所述刹车座(20)对应轮圈(10)制设有滑槽(21);
所述弹簧(50)置于刹车座的滑槽(21)内,一端抵顶刹车座(20),弹簧的弹力方向对应刹车方向;
所述滑座(30)滑设且被限制在刹车座的滑槽(21)内;滑座(30)内嵌设有刹车胶皮(40),且其一端抵顶弹簧(50);滑座(30)对应刹车座的滑槽(21)制设有凹陷容置槽(33);
所述滑动元件(60)滑动地组设在滑座的容置槽(33)内,并承载滑座(30)在刹车座的滑槽(21)内滑移。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述刹车座的滑槽(21)底面制设有倾斜面(26),倾斜面随自行车轮圈(10)旋向由内向外倾斜;滑座(30)底面制设有倾斜面(32);倾斜面(32)对应配合刹车座的倾斜面(26);倾斜面(32)随自行车轮圈(10)旋向由内向外倾斜。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述刹车座(20)、滑座(30)和刹车胶皮(40)上均设有对应自行车轮圈旋转角度的弧度(A)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述刹车座的滑槽(21)底部设有耐磨片(70)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述滑动元件(60)是滚珠。
6、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述滑动元件(60)是滚柱。
7、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述滑动元件(60)是滚针。
8、根据权利要求1所述的防锁死刹车结构,其特征是所述滑动元件(60)是滚轮。
