本实用新型涉及一种车用蓄电池,特别是一种防爬酸检测头的车用蓄电池。
背景技术
目前现有的一些车用蓄电池上用电子检测线路来对蓄电池的液位状况进行检测,以防止蓄电池缺少电解液而损坏,通常是用两根金属导线从蓄电池顶部伸入到车用蓄电池内进行液位的检测,但是由于作为电解液的稀硫酸具有爬酸效应,即电解液会爬满蓄电池的内壁,因此从蓄电池顶部伸入到车用蓄电池内的金属导线其根部已经被电解液连通,即使蓄电池缺少电解液也无法检测到,造成电子检测失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中一些车用蓄电池上用电子检测线路来对蓄电池的液位状况进行检测,以防止蓄电池缺少电解液而损坏,通常是用两根金属导线从蓄电池顶部伸入到车用蓄电池内进行液位的检测,但是由于作为电解液的稀硫酸具有爬酸效应,即电解液会爬满蓄电池的内壁,因此从蓄电池顶部伸入到车用蓄电池内的金属导线其根部已经被电解液连通,即使蓄电池缺少电解液也无法检测到,造成电子检测失效的问题。本实用新型设计防爬酸检测头的车用蓄电池,包括蓄电池壳体、铅板、电解液,其特征在于:在蓄电池壳体顶部至少有一根金属导线伸入蓄电池壳体内,金属导线外有绝缘层,其直径小于3毫米。本实用新型的优点是能防止电解液对检测金属导线的爬酸。

图中包括蓄电池壳体1、铅板2、电解液3,其特征在于:在蓄电池壳体1顶部有两根金属导线4伸入蓄电池壳体1内,金属导线4外的上部有绝缘层5,其直径小于3毫米,由于金属导线4外有绝缘层5,因此在蓄电池壳体1顶部爬上的电解液3不会将两根金属导线4导通,且由于金属导线4的绝缘层5其直径小于3毫米,电解液3无法沿金属导线4外的绝缘层5爬酸,检测金属导线4不受电解液的爬酸影响,能正确地对电解液3的液位进行检测。
