Abstract

本实用新型提供一种适用于金属衬塑料复合管及塑料管用的管接头。它为热熔式及粘接剂式连接。其结构特点是：管接头端部的外壁为圆锥面，其内壁预置一金属支承环，连接管材的端口内壁为与管接头外壁圆锥面对应的圆锥面。它的优点是：连接稳定性好，牢固可靠，不会产生堵塞管道的坍塌等现象，可确保设计流量。

一种管接头
本实用新型涉及一种改进的管接头，特别是一种适用于金属衬塑料复合管材及塑料管材连接的管接头。
与本实用新型相近的现有技术是一种为塑料管材连接的管接头。管接头与管材的连接形式为热熔式，其结构特点是管接头的内径略小于管材的外径。连接时，将管接头及管材的端部加热，在其熔化状态时，将管材插入管接头使之连接。该种管接头及连接方法的不足是：1.管材热熔时，其端部易向管径内坍塌，堵塞管道。2.管接头热熔软化后，在管材的插进中，其管接头内壁易起凸状物，影响管道流量。3.连接不牢固且易出现泄漏现象。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种适用于金属衬塑料复合管材及塑料管材并可消除上述管接头在使用中所存在的弊端的管接头。
通过下述技术方案可实现本实用新型的目的。一种管接头，其特征在于在管接头内壁靠端口处内置一金属支承环，管接头外壁靠端口处为圆锥面。
管接头外壁其圆锥面的底部为一台阶。
与管接头对应，其连接管材的内壁应加工为圆锥面。
本实用新型的效果在于：1.由于有圆锥面的导向，热熔结合时稳定性好，热熔面积大，连接十分可靠牢固。2.由于管接头内预置有金属支承环，且采取的是管道内径外的圆锥热熔结合形式，故不存在向管径内坍塌等堵塞管道的情况出现，可确保管道的设计流量。

参见附图：管接头1和管材2均为金属衬塑料复合材质(塑料管接头及管材结构与前述同)。管接头1其内壁靠端口处预置一金属支承环3，它可有效保护其端部在热熔状态时不向内坍塌。管接头1外壁靠端口处为圆锥面4，圆锥面4的底部设有台阶5，与管接头1外壁圆锥面4相对应，管材2靠端口处的内壁为圆锥面。
管接头的连接过程是：将管接头及管材的圆锥面加热熔化，并迅速将两个圆锥面对接粘上。本管接头与管材的连接还可采取粘接剂粘接的连接方式。

1、一种管接头，其特征在于在管接头内壁靠端口处内置一金属支承环，管接头外壁靠端口处为圆锥面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管接头，其特征在于其管接头外的圆锥面底部为一台阶。
