本实用新型公开了一种带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管,包括钢骨架、包覆于钢骨架内外的塑料层,二者构成复合结构,所述的钢骨架塑料复合管端部外侧固定包覆有塑料端头,该塑料端头包括前端的熔接头以及尾端的侧贴部,该熔接头和侧贴部一体成型设置,所述熔接头与钢骨架塑料复合管管口端面紧贴固定配合,所述侧贴部紧贴包覆固定于端部的外层塑料层的侧壁。本实用新型的优点在于:通过塑料端头的设置解决了钢骨架塑料复合管难以适用热熔对接连接的问题,通过热熔对接连接本实用新型解决复合管端面钢塑界面分层剥离的现象,可靠性大为提高,同时带来用料省,易制造,装配费用低,熔接压力可以控制,人为因素影响小,质量较易保证等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种钢骨架塑料复合管,特别是指带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管。
背景技术
钢骨架复合管材近年来国内新兴的一种新型管材,广泛应用于石油、化工、建筑、造船、通讯、电力和地下输气管道等众多领域,是目前替代传统镀锌管的较佳产品,被誉为绿色环保管材。
目前,国内外对钢骨架复合管材的连接方法基本就是法兰螺栓连接、电热熔套筒连接,但是以上连接方法具有以下缺陷,具体如下:
①法兰连接
1、不能用于管系的埋地;2、所用连接紧固件为金属件,不能耐腐蚀;3、制造成本高;4、安装相对困难。
②电热熔连接
1、不能用于管与泵、阀等管道零件的连接;2、安装时由于环境和工艺等各种因素的影响,很难控制焊接区的温度与熔体压力;3、由于管件、管材存在很大的不圆度,使它们之间存在很大的配合间隙,造成焊接过程中跑料,出现局部虚焊漏焊现象,影响工程质量;4、电热熔接头设置需要安装电热丝,结构复杂,成本高;5、电熔熔接头熔接面有间隙,造成“窜水”等现象。
随着热熔对接连接设备自动化程度的提高,热熔对接连接作为塑料(树脂)管道与塑料(树脂)管道的连接方式,在技术已经成熟,而且热熔对接连接还具有用料省,易制造,装配费用低,熔接压力可以控制,人为因素影响小,质量较易保证等优点。但是由于钢骨架塑料复合管端面为钢塑复合结构,无法直接使用热熔对接连接来连接钢骨架复合管有困难。因此如何制造能适用热熔对接连接的钢骨架复合管就成了目前大家关注的问题。
另外针对钢骨架复合管的连接方式的改进,已开发多种钢骨架塑料复合管的产品。
对比文献CN200310104507中揭示一种注塑式钢骨架复合管材,其前端的的塑料连接体与管材本体之间仅在钢骨架复合管材的细小端面连接,且连接面垂直于管材轴线。这样设计有以下缺陷:首先连接部位不够稳定,尤其是在管材生产时注塑压力和温度难以控制的条件下易发生塑料连接体和管材本体的脱离,其次这种结构使得管材难以在使用中伸缩弯曲受力,使得管材安装布局受到极大的限制,再次这种注塑式钢骨架复合管材其两端外形不同,难以适应现在管材的流水线生产,生产效率较低。
对比文献CN03237356中揭示一种带承插与热熔焊接头的钢骨架塑料复合管,这种结构有以下缺陷:①需要在孔内壁安装电热丝,接线柱,造成生产工艺复杂化,成本仍然较高;②管材连接稳定性受环境影响极大,管材连接过程中如果连接部位(承端口与插端口之间)有间隙,则间隙内的空气在受热过程中膨胀易进入连接部位的塑料内形成气泡,使得连接稳定性极大的受到影响。③需要分别在钢骨架复合管头尾分别制作承端口与插端口,成本比较高。④电熔熔接头熔接面有间隙,造成“窜水”等现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的针对背景技术存在的问题而提供一种能适用热熔对接连接的带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:包括钢骨架、包覆于钢骨架内外的塑料层,二者构成复合结构,其特征在于:所述的钢骨架塑料复合管端部外侧固定包覆有塑料端头,该塑料端头包括前端的熔接头以及尾端的侧贴部,该熔接头和侧贴部一体成型设置,所述熔接头与钢骨架塑料复合管管口端面紧贴固定配合,所述侧贴部紧贴包覆固定于端部的外层塑料层的侧壁,
进一步设置是所述的侧贴部与钢骨架塑料复合管管口的端部的外层塑料层外壁之间的连接处呈环形凹凸面交错配合;本设置的进一步设置是所述的凹凸面呈锯齿波状;本设置的进一步设置还可以是所述的凹凸面呈方波状。
本实用新型的优点在于:通过塑料端头的设置解决了钢骨架塑料复合管难以适用热熔对接连接的问题,通过热熔对接连接本实用新型解决复合管端面钢塑界面分层剥离的现象,可靠性大为提高,同时带来用料省,易制造,装配费用低,熔接压力可以控制,人为因素影响小,质量较易保证等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所述的本实用新型的具体实施方式,包括钢骨架11、包覆于钢骨架内外的塑料层12,二者构成复合结构,所述的钢骨架11可以为孔网钢带、钢丝网等形式,所述的内外塑料层可以采用PE、PVC等塑料材料,所述的钢骨架塑料复合管端部外侧固定包覆有塑料端头13,该塑料端头13包括前端的熔接头131以及尾端的侧贴部132,该熔接头131和侧贴部132通过注塑一体成型,所述熔接头131与钢骨架塑料复合管管口端面紧贴固定配合,所述侧贴部132紧贴包覆固定于端部的外层塑料层12的侧壁,所述的侧贴部132与钢骨架塑料复合管管口的端部的外层塑料层12外壁之间的连接处呈环形凹凸面14交错配合,该的环形凹凸面14可以呈锯齿波状或方波状等形状,本实施方式该环形凹凸面优选为方波状,本实施方式该塑料端头13选用二次注塑固定在钢骨架塑料复合管的端部,有效保证了塑料端头13的侧贴部132与钢骨架塑料复合管的外层塑料层外壁之间的牢固结合。

1.一种带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管,包括钢骨架、包覆于钢骨架内外的塑料层,二者构成复合结构,其特征在于:所述的钢骨架塑料复合管端部外侧固定包覆有塑料端头,该塑料端头包括前端的熔接头以及尾端的侧贴部,该熔接头和侧贴部一体成型设置,所述熔接头与钢骨架塑料复合管管口端面紧贴固定配合,所述侧贴部紧贴包覆固定于端部的外层塑料层的侧壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的侧贴部与钢骨架塑料复合管管口的端部的外层塑料层外壁之间的连接处呈环形凹凸面交错配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的凹凸面呈锯齿波状。
4.根据权利要求2所述的带塑料端头的钢骨架塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的凹凸面呈方波状。
