Abstract

一种用于卧式轴承座及液体介质密封的齿形轴封。解决了轴密封不严的问题。其特征在于：有台肩(6)的旋转体(2)对应啮合轴承盖(3)，在台肩(6)外用封板(5)封堵旋转体(2)与轴承盖(3)之间缝隙。该齿形轴封主要用于卧式轴承座及输送液体介质的密封中，密封效果好，同时可增大润滑油量，保证轴承润滑质量。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种用于卧式轴承座及液体介质密封的齿形轴封。
背景技术：
目前用于轴承座及液体介质的密封形式很多，较好的常采用迷宫密封、螺旋密封，时常有渗透液体外漏及外面杂质进入轴承腔室内的现象，密封效果不好，况且摩擦产生的热会降低轴承的润滑质量。
发明内容：
为了克服现有轴封密封效果的不足，本实用新型提供一种齿形轴封，该轴封能杜绝液体外漏及外面杂质进入轴承腔室内的现象。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：该齿形轴封，包括轴承盖、轴及轴承盖啮合配合旋转体，有台肩的旋转体对应啮合轴承盖，在台肩外用封板封堵旋转体与轴承盖之间缝隙。
上述的封板通过销钉固定的。
本实用新型与已有技术相比的有益效果是：由于旋转体啮合对应轴承盖，使得在高速旋转过程中产生的离心力能够将液体弹回而形成涡流，不致于渗漏到轴外；况且在旋转体台肩处啮合对应轴承盖，使得旋转体外的杂质不致于进入轴承腔室，密封效果好，转速越高密封效果越佳；同时可增大润滑油量，保证轴承润滑质量。

如图1所示，该齿形轴封包括轴承盖3、轴1及轴承盖3啮合配合轴1上的旋转体2，旋转体2有一台肩6且旋转体2对应啮合轴承盖3，便于旋转体2与轴承盖3上的齿相互啮合，使得轴承1在高速旋转过程中产生的离心力能够将液体弹回而形成涡流，不致于渗漏到轴外；加之在旋转体2台肩处对应啮合轴承盖3，使得旋转体2外的杂质不致于进入轴承腔室，密封效果好，转速越高密封效果越佳；同时可增大润滑油量，保证轴承润滑质量。在台肩6外通过销钉2用封板5封堵旋转体2与轴承盖3之间缝隙，确保该轴封外加固壳体不会滑碰该轴封，保证质量，适合用于卧式轴承座及输送液体介质的密封中，密封效果好，并能冷却轴承，确保轴承润滑质量，具有普遍性。

1、一种用于轴承座及液体介质密封的齿形轴封，包括轴承盖(3)、轴(1)及轴承盖(3)啮合配合轴(1)上的旋转体(2)，其特征是：有台肩(6)的旋转体(2)对应啮合轴承盖(3)，在台肩(6)外用封板(5)封堵旋转体(2)与轴承盖(3)之间缝隙。
2、根据权利要求1所述齿形轴封，其特征是：封板(1)通过销钉(2)固定的。
