Abstract

本发明涉及一种轴套与安装座的密封结构,轴套的外壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿,斜齿之间相互平行设置;安装座的内壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿槽,斜齿槽之间相互平行设置,斜齿槽与斜齿相互啮合连接。本发明适用于轴套与安装座的密封连接,能使灰尘等杂物不能轻易进入轴的工作区域内部。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种轴套与安装座的密封结构。
背景技术
轴套是套在转轴外部,起到定位或保护转轴的作用。比如转轴和安装座之间就要用轴套,能避免转轴在旋转时直接与安装座摩擦而受损,使转轴在旋转时在轴套内部转动,轴套磨损了就更换,成本低。目前所使用的轴套大多为内、外壁均光滑的筒状结构,使用时将转轴设置在轴套内部,安装座中设置有内壁光滑的孔,将轴套设置在安装座的孔中,通常还会将键卡设在安装座内壁与轴套外壁之间,从而实现轴套与安装座之间的环向锁定。上述连接结构的缺点是:由于安装座的孔内壁与轴套的外壁均为光滑结构,安装时难免存在一定间隙,灰尘等杂物会通过间隙轻易进入轴的工作区域内部。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能使灰尘等杂物不能轻易进入轴的工作区域内部的轴套与安装座的密封结构。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:轴套与安装座的密封结构,轴套的外壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿,斜齿之间相互平行设置;安装座的内壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿槽,斜齿槽之间相互平行设置,斜齿槽与斜齿相互啮合连接。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的轴套与安装座的密封结构,轴套与安装座之间通过斜齿与斜齿槽之间相互啮合实现密封连接,从而能使灰尘等杂物不会轻易进入轴的工作区域内部。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明轴套与安装座的密封结构作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,轴套与安装座的密封结构,轴套1的外壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿2,斜齿2之间相互平行设置;安装座3的内壁沿环向设置有若干个斜齿槽4,斜齿槽4之间相互平行设置,安装时将轴套1的斜齿2前端放置在安装座3的斜齿槽4处,然后旋动轴套1,使斜齿2与斜齿槽4相互啮合连接。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的轴套1与安装座3的连接结构,轴套1与安装座3之间通过斜齿2与斜齿槽4之间相互啮合实现连接,从而能使灰尘等杂物不会轻易进入轴的工作区域内部。
