Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种铰链,用于具有一个框架(3)和一个固定在框架(3)上的门扇(1)的家具。该铰链具有一个可安装在框架(3)上的基板(5),该基板承载着一个插件(4)和一个铰链臂(7)。配置了一个接缝调节螺钉(24)。基板(5)、插件(4)和铰链臂(7)是通过一个共同的轴(22)而彼此连接起来的。插件(4)利用接缝调节螺钉(24)可相对于基板倾斜,铰链臂(7)沿家具深度方向可线性移动地被支承在插件(4)上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铰链,特别是单轴式铰链,用于带有一个框架和一个固定在此框架上的门扇的家具,该铰链配有一个可安装在框架上的承载着一个插件和一个铰链臂的基板及一个接缝调节螺钉。
背景技术
在新式家具结构上部分使用所谓的门框,这些门框作为家具的稳定部分承载着门扇所用的铰链,而家具本体的固有侧壁是用较弱的材料制成的。所带来的优点在于:既可降低家具的总成本,因为这些侧壁可选用价值较高的从而满足外观要求的材料,而又使家具不比传统制造的家具贵。
这种铰链例如在奥地利的实用新型说明书AT00/385U1中公开过。
发明内容
本发明的任务是如此改进这样一种铰链,使之更容易安装,并可实现铰链臂及与之相关的门扇在三维空间的简单调整。
本发明提出的任务是通过下述措施加以解决的:基板、插件和铰链臂通过一个共同的轴而彼此连接起来,其中,插件利用接缝调节螺钉可相对于基板倾斜,而铰链臂则沿家具深度方向可依直线移动地被支承在该插件上。
在安装铰链时,基板、插件及铰链臂作为组合体被保持在家具的框架上,并用螺钉固紧在其上。这样就不用预安装基板及将铰链臂连同插件固定在基板上了。

具体实施方式
图2中示出处于打开位置的门扇1。铰链2将门扇1同家具本体的框架3连接起来。
铰链2包括基板5、一个插件4、铰链臂7和在门扇一侧的铰链钵6。铰链臂7支承在插件上。铰链钵6利用一个铰链轴11而被铰连在铰链臂7上。铰链轴11是由一U-形弓形件8的一个支股形成的。
铰链钵6在安装位置中被嵌置在门扇1上的一个钻孔中,并利用螺钉9与门扇1旋紧在一起。
在铰链钵6上支承着两个蝶形弹簧13,该蝶形弹簧施加一种闭合力。蝶形弹簧13支承在U-形弓形件8的第二个支股18上。
蝶形弹簧13的支股12压在调控部件14上、该调控部件是设计成形在铰链臂7的自由端上。由蝶形弹簧13将铰链钵6保持在闭合位置中,更确切地说当门扇1和闭合平面之间的角很小时,铰链钵则被牵引到闭合位置中。
基板5直接贴在框架3上,该基板利用一个穿过长孔15的螺钉而与框架3旋紧在一起。基板5在其朝着开着的门扇1的一边有两个倒角的突出部16,在安装位置上这两个突出部前靠在框架3上。
在框架3的背面上,基板5配有一个凸耳17,该凸耳后靠在框架3上。
不仅基板5而且插件4和铰链臂7都设计得具有U-形横断面。基板5的侧股5’朝向插件4。插件4的侧档4’和铰链臂7的侧档7’朝向基板5。基板5的侧股5’配有孔19,这些孔都是作为钻孔或冲孔成形的。插件4的侧档4’具有孔20,铰链臂7的侧档7’具有长孔21。插件4和铰链臂7利用一个穿过孔19、20、21的轴22而被支承在基板5上。
插件4配有一个母螺纹部23,接缝调节螺钉24支承在该母螺纹部中。接缝调节螺钉24以它的头部25与一个从基板5上冲压出的弓形部26接合,其中,该接缝调节螺钉穿过一个向后开的在弓形部26上的长孔27。
在插件4的一个后孔28中支承着一个偏心轮29,它的偏心凸台30被安置在铰链臂7的一个长孔31内。
如果门扇1的位置要沿着家具接缝的方向进行调节的话,则可旋转接缝调节螺钉24,从而使插件4同铰链臂7一起围绕轴22倾斜。
为了沿着家具深度的方向调节门扇的位置,只须旋动偏心轮29就够了。于此,铰链臂7可被推移达长孔21的长度。
门扇1的高度调节如下进行:先松开穿过长孔15的固定螺钉,然后推移整个铰链2,在完成高度定位之后再拧紧固定螺钉。
在铰链臂7的侧档7’上设计成形了向里伸出的榫舌状突出部32。这些突出部32从下方接合插件4的侧档4’,并与轴22共同形成对铰链臂7的线性导引。
插件4的侧档4’在突出部32的区域内是做成梯阶的。
Claims (8)
1.铰链,特别是单轴式铰链,用于具有一个框架和一个固定在此框架上的门扇的家具,该铰链配有一个可安装在框架上的、支承着一个插件和一个铰链臂的基板,还配有一个接缝调节螺钉,其特征在于:所述基板(5)、插件(4)及铰链臂(7)是通过一个共同的轴(22)而彼此连接起来的,并且,插件(4)利用接缝调节螺钉(24)可相对于基板倾斜,铰链臂(7)沿家具深度方向可线性移动地被支承在插件(4)上。
2.按权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述轴(22)穿过基板(5)和插件(4)上的孔(19,20)并穿过铰链臂(7)上的长孔(21)。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述铰链臂(7)和所述插件(4)在其横断面上都具有U-形轮廓,并利用穿过U-形轮廓的侧档(4’,7’)的共同的轴(22)而被支承在所述基板(5)上。
4.按权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述接缝调节螺钉(24)支承在插件(4)的母螺纹部(23)中,并以它的头部(25)挂入基板(5)中。
5.按权利要求4所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述接缝调节螺钉(24)穿过一个槽隙(27),该槽隙处在基板(5)的一个朝向插件(4)的弓形件(26)中。
6.按权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的铰链,其特征在于:在插件(4)上支承着一个带有偏心凸台(30)的偏心轮(29),它被容纳在铰链臂(7)的一个长孔(31)中。
7.按权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的铰链,其特征在于:在铰链臂(7)的侧档(7’)上设置有朝里的突出部(32),这些突出部从后接合插件(4)的侧档(4’)。
8.按权利要求7所述的铰链,其特征在于:所述插件(4)的侧档(4’)在突出部(32)的区域内是做成梯阶的。
