酱油压榨机，属于酿造机械设备技术领域。目前使用的酱油压榨机主要结构为两立柱式，压榨过程不平稳影响了压榨效率，活塞行程短一次压榨量有限，加之笼框又为整体式影响了生产率。该实用新型的技术方案为：缸体固定架17通过其上的四个套管5套入四根立柱6内，四根立柱6固定在底坐板11上，在套管5下方设置有紧固套1，接油盘8上罗列有数个分体笼框7，活塞18行程为1.25～2m。它的优点是：结构设计合理稳定，由于四根立柱支撑使压榨过程平稳出油率高，活塞行程加长，笼框采用分体式使一次加工量增加提高了生产率。

背景技术：目前使用的酱油压榨机主要结构为两立柱式，压榨过程不平稳影响了压榨效率，活塞行程短一次压榨量有限，加之笼框又为整体式影响了生产率。
发明内容：为克服上述缺点，本实用新型的目的是设计一种酱油压榨机。它的技术方案为：底坐板11通过底脚螺栓15固定在基础12内，底坐板11上设置有带接油盘8的承重车9，缸体固定架17固定液压缸3，液压缸3内的活塞18上固定有压头16，其特征是：缸体固定架17通过其上的四个套管5套入四根立柱6内，四根立柱6固定在底坐板11上，在套管5下方设置有紧固套1，接油盘8上罗列有数个分体笼框7，活塞18行程为1.25～2m。该实用新型的优点是：结构设计合理稳定，由于四根立柱支撑使压榨过程平稳出油率高，活塞行程加长，笼框采用分体式使一次加工量增加提高了生产率。

具体实施方式：把酱醪装入滤袋中，然后分别将滤袋放入数个笼框7中，首先自然淋油10个小时；然后上榨压滤，本机具有自动加压保压作用，打开电源，压头16慢慢下降接触酱醪袋开始压榨，从1～2Mpa持续各三小时，3～4Mpa持续各1.5小时，5～7Mpa持续各1小时；压榨完毕，自动收回活塞18。

1、酱油压榨机，底坐板(11)通过底脚螺栓(15)固定在基础(12)内，底坐板(11)上设置有带接油盘(8)的承重车(9)，缸体固定架(17)固定液压缸(3)，液压缸(3)内的活塞(18)上固定有压头(16)，其特征是：缸体固定架(17)通过其上的四个套管(5)套入四根立柱(6)内，四根立柱(6)固定在底坐板(11)上，在套管(5)下方设置有紧固套(1)，接油盘(8)上罗列有数个分体笼框(7)，活塞(18)行程为1.25～2m。
