本实用新型为一种水过滤装置，用于过滤企业生产过程中产生的已用水。本实用新型包括，将已用水流入由驱动机构(6)驱动旋转装有过滤网(2)的滚筒(1)内，水穿过过滤网(2)变成干净水，进行循环使用，被滤出的固体物浮渣随过滤网(2)旋转到上部时，下落至浮渣漏斗(3)中，进入中心轴筒(4)内，由螺旋输送机构(5)送出滚筒(1)外。被堵的过滤网(2)在旋转到上部时由自动清洗装置(7)进行清洗。本实用新型可以使已用水实现循环使用变得既经济又环保。

Description

一种水过滤装置
本实用新型为一种水过滤装置，用于过滤已用水中的固体物浮渣、城市生活及工业生产中产生的已用水，往往在除去水中固体物浮渣后即可以投入再利用。为此，工业企业都希望有一种既经济又简便的设备，解决其生产用水的循环使用问题。
本实用新型的目的是给出一种水过滤装置，将已用过的水流入由驱动机构驱动旋转的滚筒内由过滤网过滤出水。滤出的水进入循环系统再利用；水中的固体物浮渣随过滤网旋转至上部时会自动下落至浮渣漏斗中进入中心轴筒内，由螺旋输送机构送出滚筒外；被堵的过滤网在被旋转到上部时，由自动清洗装置进行清洗，被清洗的过滤网在旋转到下部时，又可以对水及固体物浮渣进行高效率的过滤。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述：
图1是水过滤装置示意图。
将已用水流入由驱动机构(6)驱动旋转的滚筒(1)内，由安装在滚筒(1)上的过滤网(2)把已用水中的固体物浮渣过滤掉，穿过过滤网(2)的水进入循环系统再利用；固体物浮渣随滚筒(1)上的过滤网(2)在被旋转到上部时，自动下落到浮渣漏斗(3)内，再进入中心轴筒(4)内，由安装在中心轴筒(4)内的螺旋输送机构(5)送至滚筒(1)外。被堵的过滤网(2)在旋转到上部时，由自动清洗装置(7)对过滤网(2)的被堵网进行清洗。使过滤网(2)再旋转到下部时，又可以有效地对已用水进行过滤。
本实用新型结构简单，各关键器件运行质量可靠，占地少，彻底解决过滤网被堵只能靠人工定期清除的落后方式，使过滤器高效自动化作业。

1.种水过滤装置，其特征在于所述的装置包括，在滚筒(1)上安装过滤网(2)，滚筒(1)内设有浮渣漏斗(3)与中心轴筒(4)相通，中心轴筒(4)内安装有螺旋输送机构(5)，滚筒(1)由驱动机构(6)驱动旋转；
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于为过滤网(2)设有防止堵网的自动清洗装置(7)。
