Abstract

一种使用在手提电脑CPU中的散热装置,尤指一种散热器中的散热叶片之装置,该装置有料带,散热部分组成,在散热部分的上端设有料带及在一侧设有挂扣部分,下端设有料带及左、右对称的挂扣部分,其左上方有两个带翻边的导热管孔,散热器中的散热叶片之装置的挂扣部分由左、右对称的挂扣叶片组成,且可旋转折弯90°,料带两边可折弯90°,散热叶片可据需要进行组合成成品。本实用新型的优点是:采用了组合式的散热叶片,形状可变化,使用机械组装,生产速度快,质量易保证,外扣组合法的扣法比较牢固,且易加工。

所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种使用在手提电脑CPU中的散热装置,尤指一种散热器中的散热叶片之装置。
背景技术
请参阅附图1、2所示,目前市场使用在电脑方面,尤其是用在手提电脑CPU中的散热器中散热叶片,大部分为图1所示的铝挤型,无法达到轻薄功能;而图2所示的铝折型虽能达到轻薄功能,但有外形无法做太多变化等缺陷,所以发展出组合式的散热叶片,而组合式的散热叶片又无法在模具上一贯作业完成。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种既能有形状众多,又能使用机械组装的外扣组合法散热叶片之装置。
本实用新型要解决其技术问题是:组合式散热叶片的成本、质量、生产效率及不良率问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该装置有料带,散热部分组成,在散热部分的上端设有料带及在一侧设有挂扣部分,下端设有料带及左、右对称的挂扣部分,其左上方有两个带翻边的导热管孔。
所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置的挂扣部分由左、右对称的挂扣叶片组成,且可旋转折弯90°。
所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置的料带两边可折弯90°,散热叶片可据需要进行组合成成品。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用了组合式的散热叶片,形状可变化,使用机械组装,生产速度快,质量易保证,外扣组合法的扣法比较牢固,且易加工。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图3、4、5、6、7所示,本实用新型有料带5,散热部分3组成,在散热部分3的上端设有料带5及在一侧设有挂扣部分1,下端设有料带5及左、右对称的挂扣部分1,其左上方有两个带翻边的导热管孔2。
所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置的挂扣部分1由左、右对称的挂扣叶片4组成,且可旋转折弯90°,散热叶片可据需要进行组合成成品。
所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置的料带5两边可折弯90°,散热叶片可据需要进行组合成成品,组合叶数皆在30片以上。
请参阅附图8所示,一种实施例的散热片只有一个导热管孔2,呈圆形,且位于整个产品的中间部分。
请参阅附图9所示,另一种实施例的散热片有一个导热管孔2,呈异形孔,且位于整个产品的一端上面部分。

Claims (3)

1、一种散热器中的散热叶片之装置,该装置有料带,散热部分,其特征在于:在散热部分的上端设有料带及在一侧设有挂扣部分,下端设有料带及左、右对称的挂扣部分,其左上方有两个带翻边的导热管孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置,其特征在于:所述的挂扣部分由左、右对称的挂扣叶片组成,且可旋转折弯90°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的散热器中的散热叶片之装置,其特征在于:所述的料带两边可折弯90°。
