背景技术
气缸套是发动机的重要部件，为了增强发动机气缸套的耐磨性能，除了在熔炼原料时加入一些合金元素，以增加耐磨性能外，一般要对其内表面进行各式各样的处理。现有的物理、化学处理工艺方法都会使气缸套内表面出现变形，为了防止变形过大，相应处理温度不能太高，因而其渗层浅，使气缸套的性能、强度、硬度、成本受影响，效果不理想。此外，现有的气缸套内壁磨损后，整个气缸套只能作为废铁处理，无法回收再用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要解决现有技术存在的问题，提供一种渗层深且可矫正变形、更耐磨、性能好并可回收再用的超耐磨发动机气缸套。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它有一个厚壁气缸套，在厚壁气缸套内镶装有薄壁耐磨套筒。
本实用新型的优点是通过在气缸套内镶装薄壁耐磨套筒，可对薄壁耐磨套筒的变形进行矫正，从而便于预先在薄壁耐磨套筒进行各种化学热处理，渗层更深。因此，可确保气缸套机械强度、硬度和性能，使气缸套更耐磨，且成本低。此外，该厚壁气缸套磨损后，经处理，可再使用数次，特别是在各种旧摩托车上使用该气缸套，效果极佳。

如图所示，本实用新型有一个厚壁气缸套1，在厚壁气缸套1的内壁上有一个定位卡沿1A，在厚壁气缸套1内壁上镶装有预先经过化学热处理的钢质薄壁耐磨套筒2，所说的薄壁耐磨套筒2的末端有一个与厚壁气缸套1内壁上的定位卡沿1A相对应的环形凸台2A，且环形凸台2A镶装在定位卡沿1A上。
