Abstract

可调式动态引导钻模是当用刀具加工机件孔时引导刀具的一种夹具，孔中心圆直径或孔间距可调，滚动导套内圈可换，故可一模多用，调整简便，滚动导套内孔对刀具实施动态引导，其间没有相对滑动摩擦磨损，故不但钻模使用寿命长，而且可延长刀具的耐用度。

可调式动态引导钻模
可调式动态引导钻模是当用刀具加工机件孔时引导刀具的一种夹具。
传统钻横结构均是将钻套嵌在钻模板上，故孔中心圆直径或孔间距恒定，只能一模一用，加工时，旋转的刀具与静止的钻套引导面间摩擦磨损严重，不言而喻，双损是不可避免的，必须经常更换钻套和刀具，特别是精加工(如铰孔)时。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种孔中心圆直径或孔间距可调的高寿命钻模。
实用新型的目的是这样实现的：将滚动导套嵌在行星式圆盘上，再将N个行星式圆盘均布在内轮和外轮之间，孔中心圆直径或孔间距调定后，用压板使行星轮圆盘固定在外轮上，而滚动导套的引导面(内孔)是可以转动的。
滚动导套外圈嵌在行星式圆盘上，转动圆盘可以调整滚动导套内孔的位置，实现孔中心圆直径或孔间距的调整，加工时滚动导套内圈对刀具实施动态引导，使刀具和钻模均具有高的使用寿命。
现在对照附图进一步加以说明，图1是一种有四个行星式圆盘的可调式动态引导钻模，圆盘(2)均布在内轮(1)和外轮(5)中间，滚动导套(3)嵌在行星式圆盘(2)上，转动圆盘，即可调整孔中心圆直径(D。)或孔间距，调定后，加上压板(4)，旋紧螺钉(6)，使之固定。此外滚动导套内圈可换，以适应不同孔径(d)的引导加工。

  1. 一个主要由N个行星式圆盘和内轮、外轮组成的可调式动态引导钻模，其特征在于行星式圆盘可以在调整孔中心圆直径或孔间距时转动，其上嵌有滚动导套。
