Abstract

一种二次电池极柱，有一个带有外螺纹的圆极柱，在圆极柱身上连接有螺母，在圆极柱下端一体连接有一用于连接电池极片的厚方块，该厚方块中间有一通孔，其特点是在外螺纹的圆极柱和厚方块之间设有圆形的凸台，在该圆极柱的上端内设有内螺孔，在内螺孔上安装有紧固螺栓。为了提高密封效果，在圆形的凸台上设置有带有内环上凸台的下垫圈，在下垫圈的上部设有与下垫圈内环上凸台配合的上垫圈。由于凸台可与螺母配合压紧垫圈，可保证电池的良好密封。本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、体积小、安装使用方便、密封紧密、可避免发生泄漏。

本实用新型涉及电池技术领域，属于一种用于二次电池上极柱。
背景技术
目前，通常用于二次电池壳盖上的极柱，有一个带有外螺纹的圆极柱，在圆极柱身上连接有两个螺母，在两个螺母之间夹固连片，在圆极柱下端一体连接有一用于连接电池极片的厚方块，该厚方块中间有一通孔，由上述结构造成极柱具有密封不够紧密，容易发生泄漏和体积较大等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有结构简单、体积小、安装使用方便、密封紧密、可避免发生泄漏的二次电池极柱。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下设计方案：
一种二次电池极柱，有一个带有外螺纹的圆极柱，在圆极柱身上连接有螺母，在圆极柱下端一体连接有一用于连接电池极片的厚方块，该厚方块中间有一通孔，其特征在于：在外螺纹的圆极柱和厚方块之间设有圆形的凸台，在该圆极柱的上端内设有内螺孔，在内螺孔上安装有紧固螺栓。
为了提高密封效果，在圆形的凸台上设置有带有内环上凸台的下垫圈，在下垫圈的上部设有与下垫圈内环上凸台配合的上垫圈。
由于凸台可与螺母配合压紧垫圈，可保证电池的良好密封。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、体积小、安装使用方便、密封紧密、可避免发生泄漏。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2所示：一种二次电池极柱，安装在电池壳盖1上，有一个带有外螺纹的圆极柱4，在圆极柱身上连接有螺母3，在圆极柱4下端一体连接有一用于连接电池极片的厚方块8，该厚方块8中间有一通孔10，其在外螺纹的圆极柱4和厚方块8之间设有圆形的凸台9，在该圆极柱4的上端内设有内螺孔7，在内螺孔7上安装有紧固螺栓11，用螺栓11压紧连片12，便于安装使用，同时还降低了圆极柱4的高度，减小了电池极柱的体积。
在圆形的凸台9上设置有带有内环上凸台6的下垫圈5，在下垫圈5的上部设有与下垫圈内环上凸台6配合的上垫圈2。
凸台9与螺母3配合压紧垫圈2、5，再由上垫圈2和下垫圈5配合使用，进一步保证了电池的良好密封。
上垫圈2和下垫圈5的材料可选用聚丙烯、尼龙、ABS等各种塑料。

1、一种二次电池极柱，有一个带有外螺纹的圆极柱(4)，在圆极柱身上连接有螺母(3)，在圆极柱(4)下端一体连接有一用于连接电池极片的厚方块(8)，该厚方块(8)中间有一通孔(10)，其特征在于：在外螺纹的圆极柱(4)和厚方块(8)之间设有圆形的凸台(9)，在该圆极柱(4)的上端内设有内螺孔(7)，在内螺孔(7)上安装有紧固螺栓(11)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的二次电池极柱，其特征在于：在圆形的凸台(9)上设置有带有内环上凸台(6)的下垫圈(5)，在下垫圈(5)的上部设有与下垫圈内环上凸台(6)配合的上垫圈(2)。
