(一)技术领域
本实用新型属于一种管件,具体地系一种具有陶瓷贴片耐磨管件。
(二)背景技术
现有的陶瓷贴片耐磨管件由钢体外壁、胶层及陶瓷内壁组成,陶瓷内壁由若干陶瓷片组成。陶瓷片内表面为平面,上有圆孔,由稳固螺栓穿过陶瓷外壁后紧固。这种陶瓷贴片耐磨管件由于陶瓷贴片内表面为平面,造成与钢体外壁联接不紧固,内表面不光滑;钢体外壁穿孔后不严密,稳固螺栓与钢体外壁的表面联接,使其表面不光滑,影响质量。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型之目的,在于提供一种改进的陶瓷贴片耐磨管件,其克服了现有技术上述之不足,联接紧固,内外表面光滑。
为达到上述之目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:本实用新型包括有:主管体、胶层及若干陶瓷贴片,其特征在于:陶瓷贴片有一定弧度,陶瓷贴片上有“T”形孔,紧固螺栓于“T”形孔中并穿过胶层与主管体内壁固定联接。
本实用新型采取上述技术方案具有以下有益效果:由于本实用新型的陶瓷贴片有一定弧度,使其组合后能与管件内壁及胶层紧固接触,使耐磨管件内壁过渡圆滑提高耐磨性能,紧固螺栓与主管件内壁固定联接,使主管件外壁光滑,提高主管件的强度。

(五)具体实施方式
由图1可以看出:本实用新型包括有主管体1、胶层2、若干陶瓷贴片3,主管体1采用钢体,胶层2先由胶粘附于主管体1内壁上,陶瓷贴片3的表面有弧度,陶瓷贴片3上有“T”形孔4,紧固螺栓5于T”形孔4中,并穿过胶层2与主管体1内壁以贮能焊接,联接紧固。
