本实用新型涉及一种氧化铝生产用回转窑切向弹簧板与筒体的联结结构。
背景技术:
现有技术的回转窑大齿圈切向弹簧板与筒体的联接结构由大齿圈,切向弹簧板和筒体等组成。通常切向弹簧板与筒体的联结采用铆接或焊接,即用铆钉把弹簧板与筒体联结在一起,或把弹簧板与筒体焊接在一起,这两种方式都是一性固定不能调整和拆卸的,而为保证大齿圈的安装精度,在安装过程中通常需要多次调整弹簧板的安装位置。上述弹簧板与筒体的联结方式给大齿圈的安装带来很多困难。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种可调整的切向弹簧板与筒体的联结结构,以克服上述
现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括大齿圈(1)、切向弹簧板(2)和筒体(3),在筒体(3)上固定有联结座(4),切向弹簧板(2)通过螺栓联结在联结座(4)上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,由于其在筒体上固定了一个联结座,联结座与切向弹簧板通过螺栓联结,这样在安装时可根据安装要求适当调整切向弹簧板的位置,当达到安装要求后再固紧联结螺栓,因此其具有能调整切向弹簧板与筒体的联结,以满足大齿圈的安装精度要求,并且结构简单的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:先将联结座(4)焊接在筒体(3)上,然后将切向弹簧板(2)用螺栓联结在联结座(4)上,最后将大齿圈(1)安装在筒体(3)上即可。
