本发明涉及一种排沙潜水泵用输送管,该输送管包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。该输送管的优点是耐磨且寿命长。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种排沙潜水泵用输送管,属于潜水泵技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]目前矿山井下用的排沙潜水泵多采用容积式或者透平式排水泵,其输出功率高,可以满足矿山井的排沙任务。但是现有的输送管通常为稀土合金管、铸石管、离心复合管或同质板材制成的管件,这些管件成本较高,在经受高冲击和磨损的情况下,容易损坏,不但维修麻烦,而且增加了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种用于排沙潜水泵的输送管,该输送管不但耐磨且而寿命长。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种排沙潜水泵用输送管,包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。
[0005] 上述技术方案的改进是:所述陶瓷板的横截面为沿金属管径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶。
[0006] 上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述陶瓷柱的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起。
[0007] 上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面。
[0008] 本发明带来的有益效果是:由于将带有陶瓷柱的陶瓷板均匀插入到带有插孔的金属管,同时金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,因此增加了金属管和陶瓷板之间的贴合能力,使本发明的输送管不容易脱落和损坏,提高了耐磨强度和使用寿命,能够有效地减少输送管的更换频率,从而降低了生产成本。另外,金属管内壁贴敷陶瓷板,可以利用陶瓷板表面光滑县且容易制造的优点,减小沙体在管道内流动的阻力,提高生产效率。

[0012] 本实施例的排沙潜水泵用输送管如图1和图2所示,包括金属管I和贴覆于金属管I内壁的陶瓷板2,金属管I内壁上设有沉孔,陶瓷板2上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱3,金属管I和陶瓷板2之间涂敷有树脂胶,相邻陶瓷板2的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。本实施例中舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面,树脂胶可以采用环氧树脂胶。
[0013] 本实施例中,陶瓷板2的横截面为沿金属管I径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板2的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶,陶瓷柱3的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起(图中未示出)。颗粒状凸起可以增加陶瓷板2和金属管I的结合力,进一步防止陶瓷板从金属管上脱落。

1.一种排沙潜水泵用输送管,其特征在于:包括金属管和贴覆于金属管内壁的陶瓷板,所述金属管和陶瓷板之间涂敷有树脂胶,所述金属管内壁上设有沉孔,所述陶瓷板上设有可插入相应沉孔的陶瓷柱,相邻陶瓷板的相向侧面制有相配的舌榫和榫槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排沙潜水泵用输送管,其特征在于:所述陶瓷板的横截面为沿金属管径向逐渐向内收缩的梯形,相邻陶瓷板的侧面之间也涂敷有树脂胶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的排沙潜水泵用输送管,其特征在于:所述陶瓷柱的外表面设有均匀的颗粒状凸起。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的排沙潜水泵用输送管,其特征在于:所述舌榫和榫槽均呈条状且贯穿陶瓷板的侧面。
