本实用新型涉及一种复合水管。包括成内外套接关系的金属内管和金属外管,在金属内管和金属外管间填充介质层。金属管采用不锈钢材料,其层数为双层或多层,介质层采用改性塑料或橡胶。本实用新型解决了现有技术存在的易老化、强度差、耐压力小、成本高的缺陷。具有重量轻、机械强度高、隔热、隔音性能好,耐压高、防腐蚀、抗冲击性强、安装方便、性价比高的优点,据测算,其单价分别比铜复塑管、铝塑复合管和PP—R塑料管低50%、20%和33%。

复合水管
本实用新型涉及一种复合水管。
普通的水管都采用镀锌管，在国家建设部作出禁用镀锌管的决定后，出现了铜复塑管、铝塑复合管和PP-R塑料管等各种替代品，铜复合管易氧化生铜绿，不仅成本高，而且不符合卫生要求，用户不易接受。铝塑复合管则存在易老化、耐压力低、水流量小、磨损快、保温性能差、密封性欠佳的缺陷。而PP-R塑料管的强度差，安装也很繁琐。
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术存在的易老化、强度差、耐压力小、成本高的问题。本实用新型包括成内外套接关系的金属内管和金属外管，在金属内管和金属外管间填充介质层。本实用新型具有以下优点：1、重量轻、机械强度高，2、隔热、隔音性能好，3、耐压高，可长期耐压10Mpa，4、耐腐蚀、抗冲击性强，安装方便、性价比高，据测算，其单价分别比铜复塑管、铝塑复合管和PP-R塑料管低50％、20％和33％。

如图所示，本实用新型包括成内外套接关系的金属内管1和金属外管2，金属管采用不锈钢材料制成，其层数根据使用条件不同为双层或多层，在金属内管1和金属外管2间填充介质层3，介质层3采用改性塑料、橡胶或其它介质。本实用新型的制作工艺是：(1)、将不锈钢带板焊接成薄型管子(金属内管)，经涡流挥伤检测后，抛光定型。(2)、在薄型不锈钢管的外壁复上一层厚度均匀的改性塑料、橡胶或其它介质。(3)、把以上的复塑管套在另一根不锈钢管(金属外管)内，在拉床上减径，之后进行校直、平整、抛光。(4)、重复(2)和(3)工序，便可制成多层复合水管。

1、一种复合水管，其特征是包括成内外套接关系的金属内管(1)和金属外管(2)，在金属内管(1)和金属外管(2)间填充介质层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合水管，其特征是所述的金属管采用不锈钢材料，其层数为双层或多层，介质层(3)采用改性塑料或橡胶。
