Abstract

一种带导流层的复合波纹水管,其特征是:以波纹钢管为基体,在波纹钢管内、外壁面上,至少在其内壁面设有覆塑层,且在波纹钢管之内径设有光滑内径的衬套管层,各层之间紧密结合成一体。本管道耐腐蚀性能好,比常用管道寿命提高了2-3倍;PE内衬管内壁光滑,极大减少介质流动时的流阻,起到导流作用;同时不受光照,具有不生垢、不结瘤、不易老化、流动阻力小、流体无污染等特点,其成型法兰结构施工安装便捷、密封性好、强度高、抗震性好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于供、排水的管道,特别是一种带导流层的复合波纹水管,以实现其高耐蚀性能的同时又起到减阻导流的作用。
背景技术
目前,我国排水或低压供水的管道主要有镀锌铁管、铜管、铝塑复合管和PVC管等。但这些管道的缺点是抗腐蚀能力差,特别是对输送的水质有不同程度的污染。对用于供、排水的管道,要求既要耐腐蚀,又要耐磨损、机械强度高且施工安装便捷、密封性好。
发明内容
针对现有技术之不足,本实用新型提供一种带导流层的复合波纹水管,系采用覆膜钢带卷制成管的同时在其内壁同步成型平滑封闭的PE内套管,在提高管道耐蚀性能的同时又起到减阻导流的作用。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种带导流层的复合波纹水管,其特征是:以波纹钢管为基体,在波纹钢管内、外壁面上,至少在其内壁面设有覆塑层,且在波纹钢管之内径设有光滑内径的衬套管层,各层之间紧密结合成一体。也可在波纹钢管内、外壁面均设有覆塑层。覆塑层及衬套管层均为PE(聚乙烯)材料。
本实用新型的优点及有益效果:本实用新型在采用螺旋波纹钢管结构的基础上,首先在其成型前的钢带表面覆塑,提高了耐蚀能力和改善咬合处的密封性能,然后在其咬合卷制成管的同时在其内壁连续覆合PE内衬套管,该材料符合环保和卫生要求,它不受流体腐蚀,故提高了管道耐腐蚀性能,比常用管道寿命提高了2-3倍;PE内衬管内壁光滑,与流体接触,极大减少介质流动时的流阻,起到导流作用;同时不受光照,具有不生垢、不结瘤、不易老化、流动阻力小、流体无污染等特点,其成型法兰结构施工安装便捷、密封性好、强度高、抗震性好。

具体实施方式
参看图1、2,波纹钢管基体1,其内、外壁面上,至少在其内壁面设有覆塑层2(或内外壁面均设置),波纹钢管之内径设有光滑内径的衬套管3,各层之间紧密结合成一体,成为整体的复合管。在管两端是用于管道连接的塑料法兰4,通过螺栓支架实现可靠的连接。
本实用新型的成形工艺,可首先在钢板覆塑生产线上完成钢带表面的覆塑,包括表面清洗、加热、覆高分子粘结膜、PE膜与钢板的保温压合。将专用覆塑装置与螺旋波纹钢管成型机组合,使覆膜后的钢带进入螺旋波纹钢管成型机滚波成形并同步完成PE导流内衬套管的成型,最后分别在钢管两端部一次性压注成型塑料法兰。

1、一种带导流层的复合波纹水管,其特征是:以波纹钢管为基体,至少在其内壁面设有覆塑层,且在波纹钢管之内径设有光滑内径的衬套管层,各层之间紧密结合成一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带导流层的复合波纹水管,其特征是波纹钢管内、外壁面均设有覆塑层。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的带导流层的复合波纹水管,其特征是覆塑层及衬套管层均为聚乙烯层。
