本实用新型涉及挤出机械技术领域,尤其是一种用于墙板挤压机上的螺杆。
背景技术
挤压螺杆在工作时的任务是将腔体内的材料从腔体的出口挤压出去,现有技术的挤压螺杆,其结构根据功能可分为进料段、挤出段和抽空段,其三段都是一个整体,其进料段、挤出段是在杆状材料上直接加工成形螺纹或是复合加工成形螺纹构成,其抽空段为圆柱结构。这种挤压螺杆在工作时,其抽空段的主要作用是使成型墙板内形成通孔,该段位于导料管出料口外,工作压力小,表面积大,不易损坏;而挤压螺杆的进料段位于导料管的进料口部位,周围空间较大,工作压力较小,也不易损坏;而挤压螺杆的挤出段位于导料管腔体内,周围空间小,工作压力大,其上的螺纹容易发生崩断、磨损的现象。这种整体式结构的挤压螺杆一旦挤压段损坏则导致整根挤压螺杆报废,因此,使用寿命较短,还会造成浪费和使用成本高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要问题是提高挤压螺杆的使用寿命,从而降低其使用成本。
为解决上述问题,本实用新采用的方案是:这种挤压螺杆有一根芯轴和外面设有螺纹、其中设有通孔的螺杆套,所述芯轴装在所述螺杆套的通孔中。
上述螺杆套可以有多段,一般有两段即可;在所述芯轴上还可穿入有光杆套,用于对挤压制成品中空成形,光杆套的外表面可设计具有一段锥形面,用于对挤压制品在挤压时获得与挤压螺杆成径向的挤压力,以提高挤压制成品的强度;上述的螺杆套之间、螺杆套与光杆套之间的连接采用凸销插入凹槽的方式连接较好;上述的螺杆套和光杆套最好是通过锁紧螺母固定在所述芯轴上。
所述的光杆套是指表面无螺纹、其内具有通孔的筒状物。
由于采用了上述结构方案,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下有益之处:
1、由于挤压螺杆有一根芯轴和外面设有螺纹、其中设有通孔的螺杆套,所述芯轴装在所述螺杆套的通孔中,而且螺杆套可由多段组合构成。当某段螺杆套的螺纹损坏时,只需更换该段螺杆套即可,其它部分仍可利用,不必整个挤压螺杆报废。因此,挤压螺杆可通过多次更换部分螺杆套,从而延长挤压螺杆的使用寿命,同时,也大大降低了挤压螺杆的使用成本。
2、由于挤压螺杆由螺杆套装在芯轴上构成,与现有技术相比,更换螺杆套不再需要拆开变速箱才能完成。因此,螺杆的损坏更换十分方便、快捷。

具体实施方式
图1所示,螺杆套由挤压螺杆套3和进料螺杆套4组成,它们的结构都是表面加工成形有螺纹,其内具有通孔;光杆套2表面无螺纹,其内设有通孔的筒状物,其靠近前端有一锥面段。挤压螺杆套3、进料螺杆套4和光杆套2一起通过锁紧螺母1串装固定在芯轴5上构成本实用新型。
图2的示,进料螺杆套4的前端开有凹槽,后端开有凸销,该凸销在使用时插入挤压螺杆套3前端的凹槽中,挤压螺杆套3后端的凸销则插入光杆套2前端的凹槽中。

1、一种挤压螺杆,其特征在于:它有一根芯轴和外面设有螺纹、其中设有通孔的螺杆套,所述芯轴装在所述螺杆套的通孔中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆套有多段。
3、根据权利要求2所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆套有两段,在所述芯轴上还穿入有光杆套。
4、根据权利要求3所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:所述光杆套的外表面具有一段锥形面。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的挤压螺杆,其特征在于:所述的螺杆套之间、螺杆套与光杆套之间的连接采用凸销插入凹槽的方式连接;所述的螺杆套和光杆套是通过锁紧螺母固定在所述芯轴上。
