本实用新型涉及一种铸铁嵌铸式气缸头。它包括气缸头基体1,其特征在于:所述气缸头基体1上嵌装有铸铁嵌件2,铸铁嵌件2有摇臂支架安装孔3。顶杆式发动机铝合金气缸头头嵌铸铸铁嵌件后,由于铸铁的线膨胀系数比铝合金的小得多,而摇臂支架是固定在铸铁嵌件上的,这样就较大程度地减小了摇臂与顶杆间在不同的温升状态下的间隙变化量,从而起到明显降噪的作用。

铸铁嵌铸式气缸头
本实用新型涉及一种发动机气缸头，特别是一种铸铁嵌铸式气缸头。
目前，顶杆式发动机铝合金气缸头普遍都有上摇臂部位噪声过大的现象，其主要原因是由于铝合金线膨胀系数较大，当温度升高时，铝合金气缸头会随着温度的升高而膨胀，而气缸头的摇臂支架及摇臂是固定在铝合金基体的缸头顶部，致使顶杆与摇臂的间隙增大，这样相互间的撞击产生较强的噪声。此噪声的强度已远远超过了技术标准允许的范围。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种噪声低的铸铁嵌铸式气缸头。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种铸铁嵌铸式气缸头，它包括气缸头基体，其特征在于：所述气缸头基体上嵌装有铸铁嵌件，铸铁嵌件上有摇臂支架安装孔。
上述铸铁嵌件为一带支柱的本体构成的整体件，且支柱上有槽。
摇臂支架固定于铸铁嵌件上，可以有效地保证摇臂与顶杆的间隙不受铝合金气缸头基体变形膨胀的影响；上述铸铁嵌件的支柱上设槽是为了增强铸铁嵌件与气缸头基体的结合强度，铸铁嵌件的支柱嵌铸在气缸头基体的AB栓过孔的相应位置上。在浇铸气缸头时，先将铸铁嵌件放入模具内定位，然后浇铸铝水，使铸铁嵌件与铝合金气缸头基体紧密地铸造连接。
顶杆式发动机铝合金气缸头嵌铸铸铁嵌件后，由于铸铁的线膨胀系数比铝合金的小得多，而摇臂支架是固定在铸铁嵌件上的，这样就较大程度地减小了摇臂与顶杆间在不同的温升状态下的间隙变化量，从而起到明显降噪的作用。

1、一种铸铁嵌铸式气缸头，它包括气缸头基体(1)，其特征在于：所述气缸头基体(1)上嵌装有铸铁嵌件(2)，铸铁嵌件(2)上有摇臂支架安装孔(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的铸铁嵌铸式气缸头，其特征在于：所述铸铁嵌件(2)为一带支柱(2a)的本体(2b)构成的整体件，且支柱(2a)上有槽(2c)。
