Description

45°斜端钢轨
本实用新型涉及一种钢轨。
火车发明一百多年以来,一直沿轨道行驶。铺设轨道时,需在两段钢轨对接处留出适当间隙,以解决钢轨的热胀冷缩问题。因此垂直端面的钢轨用鱼尾板连接后,会形成一系列与铁路线相垂直的沟槽。当火车运行时,这种钢轨垂直端面的设计使运动中的车轮对垂直沟槽产生垂直撞击,所产生的运动阻力不仅降低了列车的运行速度,还会引起火车的强烈振动并产生强烈的噪声。
为适应经济飞速发展的迫切需要,达到以比较少的投入多拉快运目的,火车必须提速。为提速现已大量使用垂直端面的长轨,以便通过减少铁路线上垂直沟槽的数量,达到提速、减振、减噪的目的。
而本实用新型的目的,则在于设计一种端面呈45°锐角的斜端钢轨,达到使火车提速、减振、减噪的目的。
本实用新型是将钢轨的垂直端面修改为呈45°锐角的斜面,两段钢轨用鱼尾板连接并螺栓固定后,钢轨之间的沟槽与铁路线亦呈45°锐角。
以下通过附图与实施例来详细描述本实用新型,但本实用新型的实施方案并不局限于该实施例。

以60型钢轨为例,图中1.钢轨端头,2.两段钢轨连接后的沟槽,3.连接钢轨的鱼尾板,4.鱼尾板定位螺孔,5.鱼尾板定位螺栓。
当两段钢轨用鱼尾板连接后螺栓固定,钢轨端头间隙与铁路线即形成45°锐角,因而运动火车对钢轨间隙的撞击力将是小于垂直力的分力。
本实用新型与现有的直端钢轨相比,在运动速度与火车质量相同的条件下,其产生的运动阻力较小,振动与噪音也相应减轻,以极小的投入即可达到火车提速运行的目的,且火车运行将更加平稳、舒适与安全。采用本实用新型还能提高铁道路基、轨枕、钢轨紧固件的安全系数和使用寿命,减少铁路维修工作量和维护费。

1.一种钢轨,其特征在于钢轨的端面为呈45°锐角的斜面(1),两段钢轨用鱼尾板(3)连接并经螺栓(5)固定后,钢轨之间的沟槽与铁路线亦呈45°锐角。
