Abstract

本实用新型提供一种用于铁路运输的新型铁轨,具体地说是斜头铁轨。这种铁轨横断面结构与现有铁轨相同。特征是铁轨两端呈垂直斜面,即斜头。安装时两铁轨斜面角度互补。采用这种铁轨铺设的铁路,当火车车轮通过铁轨接头时能保持平稳通过,而减轻车轮与铁轨接头的撞击,运行噪音和振动明显减小。

Description

斜头铁轨
本实用新型提供的是用于铁路运输的新型铁轨,具体地说是斜头铁轨。
本实用新型提出以前,铁轨两端均为平头,即铁轨端面与延长平面垂直。两铁轨安装时,用夹板将两根铁轨两端连接,并且两铁轨头之间留有一定的间隙,用于适应气温变化引起热胀冷缩。当火车车轮通过铁轨接头时,由于车轮与铁轨线接触,则发生接触撞击,发出声响,并且使火车颠簸。由于这种撞击而导至铁轨接头破裂和严重磨损,则需要经常更换铁轨,不但费时,影响火车运行,而且由于更换铁轨而支付的费用也相当宠大。综上所述,现有铁轨存在的缺点是:
1.火车车轮通过铁轨接头时造成铁轨头冲击破损,更换费用大,而且影响火车运行。
2.所产生噪声大;
3.所产生的颠簸使火车运行不稳;
4.不利于提高车速。
根据现有平头铁轨的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提出一种新型铁轨,克服现有铁轨的缺点。
实现本实用新型目的的方案是将铁轨制成斜头,即斜头铁轨,其斜面与铁轨上、下平面垂直。
由于斜头铁轨两端具有斜面,两铁轨斜角互补安装,因而,当火车车轮通过接头时,将平稳地从一根铁轨转移到另一根铁轨上去,没有明显的接触凹陷。不但减小了震动,降代了噪音,而且可明显减小铁轨接头冲击破损,降低维修更换费用,有利于提高车速。
下面结合附图作详细说明。

图1中,(1)为铁轨,它具有轨面(1a),轨柱(1d)和轨底(1b),一段铁轨具有二个轨头(1c)和(1f)。在轨面(1a)的两端具有二个与轨面垂直并与轨面边线成α夹角的斜度,α值等于5~95度。
图2中,(1a)为另一种型式的轨面,在轨面两端具有轨头(1a2)和(1a5),与图1中轨头不同的是,在轨头(1a2)和(1a5)斜边具有阳头(1a1).(1a6)和阴头为(1a3).(1a4)。在两铁轨连接安装时,轨头(1a2)和(1a5)互相吻合。
图3中,(1)为轨体,(2)为另一轨体,两轨体连接时是通过夹板(3)来实现的。轨体(1)的斜头(1a5)与轨体(2a2)斜边平行,角度互补。
应用说明:现有的铁轨,如果按本实用新型方案制成斜头,则可不改变现有铁轨的长度只是接设计要求将铁轨制成最佳角度的斜头。安装时,错一个斜头位置即可。可以在检修铁路时更换。兴建新铁路时可直接采用斜头铁轨。这种斜头铁轨的应用,将克服现有直头铁轨的缺点,从而减小铁轨坏损补充和维修的费用,减震、降噪效果也十分明显,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益前景。

1.本实用新型提出的斜头铁轨,轨体1上具有轨面1a,轨柱1d和轨底1b轨体两端具有轨头1c和1f,其特征是,轨头1c和1f端边在轨面上呈斜角,斜角α在5~95度之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁轨,其特征是,轨头1a2具有阳头1a1和阴头1a3,轨头1a5具有阳头1a6和阴头1a4
