电动车用的一种驱动器属于一种电动车的电传动机构。由电动机、第一级非金属锥形减速齿轮、第二级柱形减速齿轮、四滚柱双向超越离合器、脚踏轴和铝外壳构成。解决现有同类机构存在的结构复杂、噪声大、寿命短、离合器闭锁不可靠等缺点。适用于多种电动车。

Description

一种电动车用的驱动器
一种电动车用的驱动器(以下简称驱动器),属于电动车的电传动机构。适用于链传动的电动自行车、电动三轮车、电动轮椅及其它链传动的电动车。
现有的同类驱动器存在着结构复杂、齿轮磨损快、噪声大、寿命短、离合器闭锁不可靠和一种驱动器只适用一种车型等缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、齿轮耐磨损、噪声小、寿命长、离合器闭锁可靠和一种驱动器可适于多种车型的产品。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下列措施来达到:整个驱动器由电动机、第一级非金属减速齿轮、第二级柱形减速齿轮、四滚柱双向超越离合器(以下简称离合器)、脚踏轴和铝外壳组成。当脚踏骑行时,脚踏轴顺时针旋转,离合器内滚柱将脚踏轴与离合器输出轮闭锁,驱动车辆前进。此时外离合器滚柱处于释放状态,脚踏轴不带齿轮转动。当电动机工作时,离合器外滚柱将第二级柱形齿轮与离合器输出轮闭锁,驱动车辆前进。此时,离合器内滚柱处于释放状态,不带动脚踏轴转动。第一级锥形齿轮采用非金属耐磨材料制造,耐磨损、噪声小、寿命长。采用滚柱双向超越离合器,闭锁可靠。铝外壳轴线与电机轴线可制成各种夹角的对称件,适用于多种车型使用。
本实用新型下面将结构附图在一种电动车上的实施例做进一步详述:
参考附图:整个驱动器由电动机(1)、第二级柱形减速齿轮(2)、离合器输出轮(3)、脚踏轴(4)、离合器内滚柱(5)、离合器外滚柱(6)、铝外壳(7)、第一级非金属锥形减速齿轮(8)构成。
当人力骑行脚踏轴(4)顺时针旋转时,离合器内滚柱(5)将脚踏轴(4)与离合器输出轮(3)闭锁,驱动车辆前进。此时离合器外滚柱(6)处于释放状态,脚踏轴(4)不带动齿轮转动。
当电动机(1)工作时,通过第一级非金属锥形减速齿轮(8),传动第二级柱形减速齿轮(2)做顺时针旋转,离合器外滚柱(6)将第二级柱形减速齿轮(2)与离合器输出轮(3)闭锁,驱动车辆前进。此时离合器内滚柱(5)处于释放状态,脚踏轴(4)不被带动。四滚柱双向超越离合器比滚珠型双向超越离合器闭锁接触面大,闭锁更为可靠。
第一级锥形减速齿轮(8)转速高,采用非金属耐磨材料制造,噪声可以降得很低,使用寿命延长。
铝外壳(7)的轴线与电动机(1)的轴线可以制成任意夹角和对称件,便于在多种车型上安装。

1.电动车用的一种驱动器,其特征在于:整个驱动器由电动机(1)、第二级柱形减速齿轮(2)、离合器输出轮(3)、脚踏轴(4)、离合器内滚柱(5)、离合器外滚柱(6)、铝外壳(7)、第一级非金属锥形减速齿轮(8)构成,其电动机轴线与减速齿轮轴线可制成任意夹角的对称件。
2.根据权利要求1所述驱动器,其特征在于:采用四滚双向超越离合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述驱动器,其特征在于:采用非金属耐磨材料制造的第一级锥形减速齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述驱动器,其特征在于:采用铝制外壳对称件,且铝外壳的轴线与电动机的轴线可制成任意夹角,适用于多种车型。
