Abstract

一种滑板车的折收装置,是在车前管延伸一管架,该管架端部成型一具轴孔的转筒,转筒设一插座,踏板前端支架成型二枢板,二枢板间形成一弧圆凹面,且枢板上设穿透孔供前述转筒相对弧圆凹面置入,并以其轴孔对接而穿结一组快拆栓件枢连,另在支架上固设二间距对应插座宽度的孔座,且相对孔座在一侧设一弹性插销组,借之,车前管相对踏板的展、收定位可形成多道的锁固作用。

Description

滑板车的折收装置
本实用新型涉及一种滑板车,尤指一种滑板车的折收装置。
现今相当流行的滑板车,其主要在车架前、后端枢设滑轮,中段架设一踏板,使用操作时以一脚踏于踏板上,另一脚踩踏地面撑推,以具有向前滑行的惯性动力,令滑板车具有省力移行的代步作用,亦兼具运动与休闲的娱乐性;此类滑板车的转向结构是在车架的前管枢设一具有把手且连动前端滑轮的竖管,以借把手的控制令前轮得予转向,因把手及竖管的结构体相当占空间,使整个滑板车的收藏、携带不甚方便,即有可将竖管弯折收合的设计配合实施,而习见滑板车可弯折收合的结构,其大体的设计是利用卡榫与快拆固定件达致双重定位的作用,少有多重固定的形态。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种令车前管的展收可多重定位而架构稳固,且折收操作实施便利的滑板车折收装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:滑板车的折收装置,在车前管延伸一管架,枢连在踏板前端支架上的二枢板,其中该车前管的管架在端部成型一横向具有轴孔的转筒,转筒上处的架体设有一插座;该踏板前端支架上成型的二枢板在其间形成一弧圆凹面,且枢板上设有供管架端部转筒相对放入弧圆凹面处其轴孔可对接的穿透孔,并配合穿结一组快拆栓件,在弧圆凹面前缘的支架上固设二间距对应上述插座宽度的孔座,且相对孔座在其一侧设置一弹性插销组;该弹性插销组由一销杆穿结一固定管而内套弹簧所构成。
采用上述方案后,车前管相对踏板的展、收定位是以穿置枢板穿透孔与转筒轴孔的快拆栓件予以迫紧固定,在展立的状态下,转筒上处的插座可对接在弧圆凹面前缘的二孔座,而利用侧方弹性插销的凸伸销杆插置孔座与插座,形成多道锁固作用,使滑板车骨架的操作便利安全,稳固性极佳。
以下结合附图,对本实用新型的具体实施例作进一步详述。

如图1所示,本实用新型配合滑板车的整体实施形态是令滑板车的车前管1穿置枢接车把竖杆2,车把竖杆2顶端设有握把21,底部设接前车轮3,并由车前管2倾斜延伸一管架4而与踏板5前端支架6上相对成型的枢板61相连接,在踏板5后端枢接后车轮7,构成一基本的滑板车,而本案主要的改良特征在于(并参见图2):
该车前管1的管架4于端部成型一横向具有轴孔411的转筒41,转筒41上处的架体设有一插座42;
该踏板5前端支架6上成型的二枢板61在其间形成一弧圆凹面62,且枢板61上设有穿透孔611,其供管架4端部转筒41相对置入弧圆凹面62处使其轴孔411对接穿透孔611而配合穿结一组快拆栓件8加以枢连,在弧圆凹面62前缘的支架6上固设二间距对应上述插座42宽度的孔座63,相对孔座63在其一侧设置一弹性插销组9,此弹性插销组9是以一销杆91穿于孔座63,并在另端固结一杆头92而内套弹簧93所成,使销杆91受弹簧93作用而凸伸。
由上述设计组设实施,在滑板车以车前管1相对踏板5展开令车把竖杆2竖立时,如图1、3、4所示,车前管1借管架4端部转筒41轴孔411对接支架6上枢板61的穿透孔611以快拆栓件8为一轴心而转动,管架4经转移而使转筒41伸置抵在弧圆凹面62内时,转筒41上处的插座42可对接在弧圆凹面62前缘支架6上的二孔座63间,再利用侧方弹性插销9的凸伸销杆91插置孔座63与插座42,即形成第一道锁固作用,又加上穿置枢板61穿透孔611与转筒41轴孔411的快拆栓件8予以迫紧固定,再形成第二道的锁固,如此,便具有多重锁固的保险安全功效。
在折收时,如图5所示,扳松快拆栓件8,并将弹性插销9的销杆91予以拉退使其脱离其一孔座63与插座42,如图6所示,车前管1相对踏板5可利用管架4端部转筒41相对支架6上的枢板61以快拆栓件8为轴而转动折合,转筒41再伸抵在弧圆凹面62内,再配合快拆栓件8的迫紧固定,便能固定其折收状态。

1、一种滑板车的折收装置,在车前管延伸一管架相枢连在踏板前端支架上的二枢板,其特征在于:该车前管的管架在端部成型一横向具有轴孔的转筒,转筒上处的架体设有一插座;该踏板前端支架上成型的二枢板在其间形成一弧圆凹面,且枢板上设有供管架端部转筒相对放入弧圆凹面处其轴孔可对接的穿透孔,并配合穿结一组快拆栓件,在弧圆凹面前缘的支架上固设二间距对应上述插座宽度的孔座,且相对孔座在其一侧设置一弹性插销组。
2、如权利要求1所述的滑板车的折收装置,其特征在于:该弹性插销组由一销杆穿结一固定管而内套弹簧所构成。
