Description

侧壁气体燃烧器
本实用新型涉及乙烯裂解技术中的设备，具体地说是一种侧壁气体燃烧器。
燃烧器是乙烯裂解炉的主要部件之一，裂解炉所需的热量是通过燃料在燃烧器中燃烧获得的，目前用于乙烯裂解炉的侧壁燃烧器都是气体燃烧器，它布置在裂解炉辐射段炉膛的二侧墙上，可根据热流场要求进行合理布置。目前使用的此种燃烧器普遍存在喷头易烧坏，寿命短，喷出的火焰不均匀，易烧坏炉管等问题。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而设计的一种火焰贴壁燃烧，燃烧状况好，经久耐用，操作方便，噪音低的侧壁气体燃烧器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
侧壁气体燃烧器，主要由燃料气进口管、引射器、烧嘴组成，特点是在进气口端设有外、内消音器及视火孔，燃料气进口管的出口端设有置于引射器内的燃气喷头，引射器前端接有烧嘴，引射器、烧嘴外围设有烧嘴砖，外消音器与烧嘴砖之间设有二次助燃空气调节器；烧嘴头部为碗状，其碗部周边开有数个矩形喷孔。
本实用新型火焰贴壁燃烧，燃烧状况好，使用寿命长，操作方便，噪音低。

参阅图1，本实用新型在进气口端设有外消音器4、内消音器5，外消音器4不仅可以消音同时还是一次助燃空气调节器，燃料气进口管2设在其中部，由固定件11固定，进气口端设有视火孔1，燃料气进口管2的出口端设有置于引射器9内的燃气喷头3，燃气喷头3中部有一圆孔12，引射器9前端接有烧嘴10，烧嘴10头部为碗状，其碗部周边开有数个矩形喷孔14。引射器9、烧嘴10外围设有烧嘴砖7、8，外消音器4与烧嘴砖7之间设有二次助燃空气调节器6；工作时，燃料气从进口管2进入，由燃气喷头3喷向引射器9，通过引射器9引射一次助燃空气与燃料气混合后从通道13进入烧嘴10，从烧嘴10上的矩形喷孔14喷入炉膛燃烧，二次助燃空气通过烧嘴砖8与烧嘴10之间的环隙进入炉膛参加燃烧。

1、一种侧壁气体燃烧器，主要由燃料气进口管(2)、引射器(9)、烧嘴(10)组成，其特征在于进气口端设有外、内消音器(4)、(5)及视火孔(1)，燃料气进口(2)的出口端设有置于引射器(9)内的燃气喷头(3)，引射器(9)前端接有烧嘴(10)，引射器(9)、烧嘴(10)外围设有烧嘴砖(7)、(8)，外消音器(4)与烧嘴砖(7)之间设有二次助燃空气调节器(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃烧器，其特征在于所述烧嘴(10)头部为碗状，其碗部周边开有数个矩形喷孔(14)。
