车辆碰撞缓冲机构
本实用新型涉及一种车辆碰撞冲力缓冲器,特别涉及一种车辆碰撞缓冲机构。
伴随着社会经济的发展及基础设施的完善,行车速度越来越快,车辆碰撞事故时有发生,轻的撞伤车体,重则车毁人亡。现有车辆在其前部设有与车体刚性连接的挡板,想以此来减轻车辆碰撞造成的损失,但是此类碰撞是刚性碰撞,挡板所起的作用十分有限,车辆碰撞产生的后果依然相当严重,特别是车速达到每小时100公里以上时产生的碰撞,极容易造成车毁人亡的重大交通事故。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车辆碰撞缓冲机构,安装在车辆前部,变刚性碰撞为弹性碰撞,可以显著减少由于碰撞而造成重大交通事故的几率,将损失降低到最低限度。
一种车辆碰撞缓冲机构,其特征是该机构由护板1、缓冲板2、压缩弹簧3、外壳4组成,护板1呈拱形,其两侧设有由焊上一段U型钢而构成的导槽1a,缓冲板2呈拱形,套装在导槽1a处,压缩弹簧3其两端分别固定在护板1和缓冲板2上,护板1内侧与车头骨架固定连接,外壳4封装在缓冲板2的外部,上述压缩弹簧布置一排或者多排,压缩弹选用屈强系数大的圆截面材料压缩弹簧、矩形截面材料压缩弹簧、或者复合蝶形弹簧。
同现有技术比较,本实用新型的优点是为车辆设置一种承受或吸收冲击的构件,能有效地避免或减轻车辆碰撞造成的损失。
图1为车辆碰撞缓冲机构结构立体图,图中左半部是剖去外壳时的情形。
实施例:
一种车辆碰撞缓冲机构,采用如图1所示的结构,用在轿车上,轿车车头骨架长度为1400mm,护板厚度为10mm,宽度为300mm,取材长度为1460mm,距两端各30mm处弯折90°成拱形,取长度为30mmU型钢两段,焊接在护板弯折段的外侧,构成导槽1a。缓冲板厚度为5mm,宽度为300mm,取材长度为2460mm,距两端部500mm处弯折90。成拱形,弯折段穿入护板导槽1a后其末端朝外侧弯折5mm。压缩弹簧采用矩形截面材料压缩弹簧24个,分上下两层均匀布置,弹簧长度为200mm,两端分别焊接在护板和缓冲板上。护板固定在车头骨架上,采用硬质塑料制成的外壳封装在缓冲板外部。

1.一种车辆碰撞缓冲机构,其特征在于:该机构由护板(1)、缓冲板(2)、压缩弹簧(3)、外壳(4)组成,护板(1)呈拱形,其两侧设有由焊上一段U型钢而构成的导槽(1a),缓冲板(2)呈拱形,套装在导槽(1a)处,压缓弹簧(3)其两端分别固定在护板(1)和缓冲板(2)上,护板(1)内侧与车头骨架固定连接,外壳(4)封袋在缓冲板(2)的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲机构,其特征在于:布置的压缩弹簧为一排,或者多排。
