本实用新型是用于输送液体管道的塑料管。
目前市场上销售的双层管,管壁也由两层构成,外层为金属,内层为塑料,这种工艺较复杂,成本高,两管相联接时较麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工艺简单,成本低,两管相连接时较方便的管,以解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种双层管,管壁由两层构成,内层2为金属管壁,外层1为塑料管壁,内层2与外层1的塑料管壁相接触的部分有突起,内、外层结合为一体。
采取了上述结构的管生产较简单,成本低,尤其是在两管连接时可用塑料管件承插焊接,与同样金属壁厚的管相比,承受压力提高,塑料与金属的结合力增大。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1是本实用新型的横断面示意图。
实施例一:
图1中管的外壁为聚丙烯塑料,厚度占管壁的五分之四,内层2为铝合金,厚度为管壁的五分之一。

1、一种双层管,其特征在于:管壁由两层构成,内层(2)为金属管壁,外层(1)为塑料管壁,内层(2)与外层(1)的塑料管壁相接触的部分有突起,内、外层结合成一体。
