Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种管道接头,包括接头芯管、密封圈和压力环筒。接头芯管外壁设有圆弧形结合面,接头外的压力环筒受压力收缩后,被接管道在接头外壁的结合面处形成较高的接合强度和较好的密封效果。本实用新型适用于塑料管或铝塑复合管的连接,具有安装简便、强度高、密封效果好和易于加工等优点。
Description
本实用新型属于一种管道接头，适合在铝塑复合管安装连接时使用。
目前，铝塑复合管管道接头种类很多，大部分采用螺纹式连接接头，是一种老式的传统结构，安全可靠性方面还都可以，但是螺纹式连接接头结构复杂，成本高，由于螺纹接头受力不均，应用一段时间后容易漏水，给使用维修带来不便。
为解决以上管接头结构的不足，本实用新型的目的提供一种圆弧密封式压力管接头，利用圆弧接头加有密封圈，以达到安装方便、接触牢固、密封效果好的目的。
本实用新型的结构设计是这样实现的：本圆弧密封式压力管接头由接头芯管、密封圈及压力环筒组成，其中接头芯管外壁为圆弧形结合面，后面为带有碗形凸出外沿撑体，撑体内开有环形槽，结合面上相隔一定间距开有凹陷环形槽，环形槽内镶有密封圈，在结合面和密封圈的外面套有压力环筒，压力环筒底部对称开有观察孔，最后在压力环筒外用机械卡具施压形成多条横向凹痕，使接头芯管、被接管件及压力环筒结为一体。
本实用新型的优点：被接管子在管接头外壁的圆弧形结合面形成较高的接合强度和较好的密封效果，同时防止不同金属之间产生电化学腐蚀。
本实用新型的结构由以下实施例及附图给出。

其结构如图所示，1为接头芯管，芯管上1A为弧形结合面，1B为环形槽，放置密封圈用，1C为外沿撑体上环形槽，2为密封圈，可为橡胶或塑料制成，3为压力环筒，下面3A为观察孔，4为被接管件，安装时，将密封圈放入芯管上的环形槽内，再将被接管插入芯管上面且插到底，端部与外沿撑体联接，同时把压力环筒放在芯管上，与被接管件对齐，使观察孔可看到，再用机械卡具在压力环筒施压，最后使管接头与被接管压结合为一体(如图2所示)。

1.一种圆弧密封式压力管接头，其特征在于：该管接头由接头芯管(1)、密封圈(2)及压力环筒(3)组成，其中接头芯管外壁为圆弧形结合面(1A)，后面为带有碗形凸出外沿撑体，撑体内开有环形槽(1C)，接合面上相隔一定间距开有凹陷环形槽(1B)，环形槽内镶有密封圈(2)，在接合面和密封圈的外面套有压力环筒(3)，压力环筒底部对称开有观察孔(3A)，最后在压力环筒外用机械卡具施压形成多条横向凹痕，使接头芯管、被接管件及压力环筒结为一体。
