Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种连接管材用的环压式管路连接件，属管路连接技术领域。本环压式管路连接件具有一管状本体，其特征是所述的管状本体由一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的锁紧段和设在锁紧段外端的密封段构成，在密封段中设有一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的密封圈。使用本连接件可保证薄壁管材的可靠连接，大大节约管材成本和安装工时费用。特别适合用于薄壁不锈钢管材的连接。

(一)、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接管材用的连接件。
(二)、背景技术
在管材连接中，除焊接外，最为常见的方式之一是在待连接的管材的端部制出螺纹，用一两端制有相应的配合螺纹的管状接头来连接，其密封则是通过在螺纹中填塞麻线或生胶带来实现。缺点一是螺纹的制备比较麻烦，且要求一定的管材壁厚才能达到强度要求，导致管材耗材多，成本高；二是安装和维修极不方便，费工费时。
(三)、实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有管材的螺纹连接的上述缺点，提供一种方便快捷的环压式管路连接件。
本环压式管路连接件具有一管状本体，所述的管状本体由一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的锁紧段和设在锁紧段外端的密封段构成，在密封段中设有一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的密封圈。使用时将欲接管材穿过密封圈插入到本连接件的锁紧段中，密封圈则套接在欲接管材上，用一压模向连接件的端部和锁紧段施以环压，连接件的端部受压变形使其横截面积变小导致密封圈受挤压而填充管材的外壁与连接件的内壁之间的空隙，完成可靠密封；连接件的锁紧段受压后呈环状下凹并作用于欲接管材，使欲接管材一起发生下凹形变而啮合在一起，从而完成对管件的连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是结构简单，成本低，使用方便，特别是在一些输送介质压力不高的无须使用厚壁管材的场合，使用本连接件可保证薄壁管材的可靠连接，大大节约管材成本和安装工时费用。特别适合用于薄壁不锈钢管材的连接。
下面结合实施例对本实用新型的内容作更进一步的详细说明。

(五)、具体实施方式
如图1所示，本环压式管路连接件，具有一管状本体5，所述的管状本体由一其内径与待接管材1的外径相匹配的锁紧段6和设在锁紧段外端的密封段3构成，在密封段3中设有一其内径与待接管材1的外径相匹配的密封圈2。压接时将压模4置于连接件的密封段前端和锁紧段6上，参见图2，施以环压后密封段前端变形将密封圈2挤压在管材的外壁与连接件的内壁之间，参见图3，从而完成可靠密封；锁紧段受压后作用于欲接管材，与欲接管材一起发生形变构成一环形凹槽7而啮合在一起，起到防止管材与管件之间的相对位移而完成对管件的连接。
本环压式管路连接件可以是图中所示的对称式的，也可以是其它形式，如弯头、三通等。

1、环压式管路连接件，具有一管状本体，其特征是所述的管状本体由一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的锁紧段和设在锁紧段外端的密封段构成，在密封段中设有一其内径与待接管材的外径相匹配的密封圈。
