Abstract

一种太阳能热水器水箱与金属管的连接结构,在水箱上有与金属管连接的衔接孔,金属管在紧靠衔接孔外面的外层设置与其成一体的直径大于衔接孔直径的挡圈,在水箱内侧的金属管内端设置成翻头,挡圈、水箱壁、翻头构成无间隙的铆接结构。本连接结构不容易生锈,大大延长了水箱的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器水箱与其它部件的连接。
目前,太阳能热水器水箱与金属管的连接都是采用焊接的方法。这里的金属管是指与水箱连接的进水管、出水管、排气管。焊接在这里的不足之处是:水箱在使用时焊接处容易生锈,缩短了水箱的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能热水器水箱与金属管连接处不容易生锈的连接结构。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述连接结构实现的:由金属管和水箱构成,在水箱上有与金属管连接的衔接孔,特征是金属管在紧靠衔接孔外面的外层设置一个与金属管成一体的挡圈,挡圈的直径大于衔接孔的直径,金属管在水箱内侧的内端设置成与水箱壁铆接的翻头,挡圈、水箱壁、翻头构成无间隙的铆接结构。
所述水箱上的衔接孔为非圆孔。
本实用新型由于采用了铆接结构连接,使水箱与金属管之间不容易生锈,大大延长了水箱的使用寿命。

图1是本实用新型的剖视结构示意图。
参照图1,在太阳能热水器水箱1侧面靠近底边有进水孔,该进水孔是梅花形孔,在不锈钢管2靠近一端压制出一个向外凸起的挡圈3,挡圈3的直径大于梅花形孔的直径,不锈钢管2有挡圈3的这一端经梅花形孔伸入到水箱1内,通过压制使其形成翻头4,将水箱1侧面上的梅花形孔连同其周围的水箱1侧壁铆接在挡圈3和翻头4之间,无间隙由于是梅花形孔使不锈钢管2转不动,从而达到完全密封。

1.一种太阳能热水器水箱与金属管的连接结构,由金属管[2]和有衔接孔的水箱[1]构成,其特征在于:金属管[2]在紧靠衔接孔外面的外层设置一个与金属管[2]成一体的直径大于衔接孔直径的挡圈[3]、水箱壁、金属管[2]在水箱[1]内侧的内端设置成翻头[4],构成无间隙的铆接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器水箱与金属管的连接结构,其特征在于:所述衔接孔为非圆孔。
