Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种车用内胎,具体的说是一种用弹簧圈作支撑的免充气内胎。
目前车辆使用的内胎多为充气内胎,无论机动车和非机动车在使用过程中,都需经常充气以满足人们对轮胎的弹性及承载能力的要求。如遇太阳爆晒及路面上的针状物,易漏气爆胎。尤其是一些高速行驶中的机动车因爆胎引发的车辆事故时有发生。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用弹簧圈作支撑的免充气内胎,以克服常用内胎需经常充气的不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的:
本实用新型由橡胶内胎和弹簧圈组成,其中弹簧圈均匀径向复合在橡胶内胎内,使之形成一个整体,置入车辆外胎内即可使用。
本实用新型结构简单稳定,既具有良好的弹性效果,又免除了常用内胎需经常充气的烦恼。

由图1、2可以看出,本实用新型由弹簧圈2和橡胶内胎1构成,将弹簧圈2均匀径向复合在橡胶内胎1内,使之形成一个整体,再置入车辆外胎内。弹簧圈2的大小、弹力的强弱及设置的密度,可根据不同规格的车辆外胎和所需要的承载能力具体选择以满足不同车辆的需求。
