Abstract

一种免充气空腔轮胎,胎体内设置一个环形弹性外钢圈,一个环形内钢圈,一个环形开口涨圈,橡胶帘线帘布,调压顶丝组成,结构原理是帘线帘布把内外环形钢圈缠绕住,两个环形钢圈之间所留的等距空间就形成空腔。环形弹性外钢圈受帘线帘布向心拉力,形成一个弹性圆弓支承车辆载荷。轮胎压力不足时,用调压顶丝把环形开口涨圈向外顶出,轮胎里圈帘线帘布受涨圈顶力同外凸起,便拉紧左右胎侧帘线帘布绷紧增加压力。优点是帘线帘布疲劳度低使用寿命长,不爆胎、不怕扎、适应范围广,大到重型汽车,小到童车轮胎,可替代充气轮胎和实芯轮胎。

所述技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎,尤其是一种免充气空腔轮胎。
背景技术
就本发明人所知,现在市场上销售的各种轮胎及现有各种车辆上所使用的轮胎,多数都是充气轮胎,只有少数重型装载机及军用炮车上使用实芯轮胎,还听说有一种多气球填充胎腔的免充气轮胎,另一种专利号为ZL00204750.0的弹性轮胎是本人设计的,还有一种是用有弹性塑料填充的实芯轮胎。以上各种轮胎都有缺点,充气轮胎会发生爆胎或跑气,易造成交通事故或因缺气损坏轮胎及延误时间,造成很多麻烦事,曲形弹簧轮胎笨重,芯轮胎没有弹性,缓冲减震性差。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在轮胎内设置两套钢圈,一套为环形弹性外钢圈,另一套为里环形钢圈向心拉紧环形弹性外钢圈作支点和固定螺母与轮辋装配所用。环形弹性外钢圈设置一个或多个均可,如采用一个应厚些,多个应薄些,宽窄薄厚应根据车辆载荷多少所需而设计。帘线帘布可以是棉线、人造丝、尼龙、或外钢丝。缓冲层位于环形弹性钢圈与帘线帘布之间,由两层或数层较稀疏的帘布帘线和橡胶制成,弹性较大,其作用是保护帘线帘布不与钢圈接触并起缓冲作用,内钢圈中间设计一个凹坑用来调速压力大小。负荷轻的人力车或自行车轻型汽车也可不设计凹坑不需调整压力。
本发明的有益效果是:不怕爆,不怕扎,使用寿命长,节能环保,麻烦事情少,适应范围广,大到装载机汽车,小到童车行李车车轮。

具体实施方式
图1中环形弹性外钢圈(3)外表面粘结一层橡胶为缓冲层(4)。内钢圈(5)上焊接装配螺母(2)帘线帘布(6)把环形弹性外钢圈(3)内钢圈(5)缠绕围成一体,两个钢圈之间的等距空间,自然形成一个空腔。环形弹性外钢圈(3)受左右胎侧帘线帘布(6)向心拉力作用,环形弹性外钢圈(3)形成一个弹性圆弓。圆弓,在无受外力向心作用时,环形弹性外钢圈只有自身圆弓张力对整个轮胎帘线帘布(6)拉伸疲劳力很小,只有轮胎局部受到向心压力时,帘线帘布才产生相应对抗拉力。张力与拉力相互对抗支撑形成圆空腔,支承载荷的弹性轮胎。
本发明免充气空腔轮眙如使用一段时间,压力不够时先松开装配螺栓(8)再旋转调压顶丝(10)使环形开口调压涨圈(9)推动轮胎里圈帘线帘布(6)向外凸起,达到所需要的压力为止,再把装配螺栓(8)旋紧。人力车或其它轻型车辆不需要调压,可使用图(3)所示的无调压装置空腔轮胎。

Claims (3)

1.一种免充气空胎轮胎,在胎体内设置有:环形弹性外钢圈、内钢圈、环形开口调压涨圈、调压顶丝、橡胶、帘线帘布和装配螺栓,其特征是:帘线帘布把内外两个钢圈缠绕围成一体,所述内外两个钢圈之间等距空间形成空腔,环形弹性外钢圈受帘线帘布向心拉力形成一个弹性圆弓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免充气空胎轮胎,其特征是:轮胎里圈帘线帘布向外凸起的方法为增加压力。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免充气空腔轮胎,其特征是:环形弹性外钢圈是一个或多个组成。
