Abstract

一种液控刹车装置适用于石油钻机、修井机、通井机的绞车制动。主要由刹车钳、钳架和刹车盘组成,刹车盘与主机绞车滚筒固连,刹车钳与绞车底座上的钳架固连,刹车钳包括工作钳和安全钳,刹车钳的刹车片设置在盘外圆的两侧,和杠杆一端铰接的钳体固连,和钳架固连的支杆经销轴与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,杠杆另一端经销轴分别与活塞,油缸相连,弹簧两端分别与活塞杆及油缸相连。刹车力矩容量大,工作稳定,操作、调整方便等。

Description

液控盘式刹车装置
本实用新型涉及一种液控盘式刹车装置,适用于石油钻机、修井机、通井机绞车的制动,也可用于其它用途的卷扬机的制动和调速。
传统的石油钻机、修井机、通井机绞车的刹车装置均采用机械带式刹车,存在制动力矩不足、可靠性差;制动效能不稳定、散热差;操作费力、调整、维修不便等问题。刹车装置的性能不仅影响作业时效和生产成本,还关系到人员、设备和油井的安全,带刹车装置一直被认为是最重要也是最薄弱的部件,长期困扰着使用、制造和设计部门。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种刹车力矩容量大,制动效能稳定、控制灵敏准确、操作省力、安装和维修方便、易于自动控制、安全可靠性高的液控盘式刹车装置。
实现本实用新型目的所采取的技术措施如下:
本使用新型主要由刹车盘,刹车钳及钳架组成,刹车盘与主机绞车滚筒固连,与刹车钳组成刹车副,钳架设置在绞车底座上,用于固定刹车钳。刹车钳包括工作钳和安全钳。
工作钳主要由刹车片分别设置在刹车盘外沿的两侧、和杠杆一端铰接的钳体固连,支杆固连于钳架上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,杠杆可绕销轴转动,两杠杆的另一端分别经销轴与活塞杆、经销轴与油缸相连,油缸盖与油缸固连,活塞杆与油缸呈滑配合,这样,当活塞与油缸相对运动时,通过杠杆带动一副刹车片做张合运动,当在油压力的作用下刹车片贴上刹车盘时,相互之间产生正压力,大小与油缸内的油压力成正比,将绞车刹死,油压卸荷时,在螺旋弹簧力的作用下,活塞复位,即松刹,拉簧一端与固连于活塞杆上销轴的簧钉相连,另一端与固连于油缸上销轴的簧钉相连,两拉簧平行设置在两销轴的两端构成;安全钳主要由刹车片分别设置在刹车盘外沿的两侧、和杠杆一端铰接的钳体固连,支杆固连于钳架上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,杠杆可绕销轴转动,两杠杆的另一端分别经销轴与活塞杆、经销轴与顶杆相连,碟形弹簧组一端与活塞台阶右端靠接,另一端与油缸底部靠接,油缸盖与油缸固连,活塞杆与油缸呈滑配合,顶杆台阶与调整螺母台阶镶嵌,经螺钉与调整螺母底部的垫片固连,调整螺母与油缸外圆呈螺纹连接,以调节顶杆与油缸间的轴向距离,从而调节安全钳的松刹间隙,然后用锁紧螺母固紧构成。工作钳为进油刹车,用于工作制动,安全钳为回油刹车,用于紧急制动和驻车制动,所需工作钳、安全钳的数量依主机负荷确定。当压力油进入油缸腔,使活塞压缩碟形弹簧组,安全钳处于松刹状态;当压力油卸载,松刹间隙迅速消除,安全钳靠碟形弹簧的恢复力来刹车。杠杆(8)采用“十”字型结构,支杆两端放在杠杆中间的槽孔内,使其相互间运动灵活自如,拆装方便。这种结构在满足强度要求前提下,节省材料,减轻重量。且可以保护支杆与杠杆及其与销轴之间的接触面,减少锈蚀,外部造型美观,使用更加方便。
本实用新型的优点是:能够满足正常工作制动及紧急安全制动,具有刹车力矩容量大,制动效能稳定,刹车副动作惯性小,刹车力可调性好,刹车准确灵敏,操作轻便,调整维修方便的特点。

结合附图对本实用新型的结构及实施例说明如下:
本使用新型主要由刹车盘1,刹车钳(2、3)及钳架4组成,刹车盘与主机绞车滚筒固连,与刹车钳组成刹车副,钳架设置在绞车底座上,刹车钳固连于钳架上,刹车钳包括工作钳2和安全钳3,工作钳主要由刹车片5分别设置在刹车盘1外沿的两侧,和杠杆7一端铰接的钳体6固连,支杆8固连于钳架4上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴9与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,两杆杆的另一端分别经销轴12a与活塞杆10、经销轴12b与油缸14相连,油缸盖13与油缸14固连,活塞杆10与油缸14呈滑配合,拉簧15一端与固连于活塞杆上销轴12a的簧钉11a相连,另一端与固连于油缸上销轴12b的簧钉11b相连,两拉簧15平行设置在两销轴的两端构成;安全钳3主要由刹车片5分别设置在刹车盘1外沿的两侧,和杠杆7一端铰接的钳体6固连,支杆8固连于钳架4上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴9与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,两杠杆的另一端分别经销轴17a与活塞杆16、经销轴17b与顶杆24相连,碟形弹簧组19一端与活塞杆台阶右端靠接,另一端与油缸20底部靠接,油缸盖18与油缸20固连,活塞杆16与油缸呈滑配合,顶杆24台阶与调整螺母22台阶镶嵌,经螺栓与调整螺母底部的垫片23固连,锁紧螺母21、调整螺母22与油缸20外圆呈螺纹连接构成。
工作钳的工作原理是,压力油从进油口充入油缸腔,活塞与油缸作相对运动,从而推动两端的杠杆使一副刹车片相向运动,抱住刹车盘,实现刹车。油压越大,刹车力矩也越大;油压趋向零时,在拉簧的拉力作用下,刹车片与刹车盘脱离,工作钳处于松刹状态。
安全钳的工作原理是,压力油从进油口充入油缸腔,活塞与油缸作相对运动,压缩碟形弹簧,从而拉动两端的杠杆使一副刹车块相对张开,此时安全钳处于松刹状态;当压力油卸荷时,被压编的碟形弹簧恢复力通过杠杆推动刹车块,使之抱住刹车盘,此时安全钳处于刹车状态。可以通过调节螺母来调整松刹间隙的大小,补偿刹车块磨损量。工作钳、安全钳的工作状态相反,组成一个复合式刹车系统,形成安全互锁的双重刹车机构,确保整个刹车系统安全可靠。

Claims (1)

1.一种液控盘式刹车装置,其特征是,主要由刹车盘(1),刹车钳(2、3)及钳架(4)组成,刹车盘与主机绞车滚筒固连,钳架设置在绞车底座上,刹车钳包括工作钳(2)和安全钳(3),工作钳主要由刹车片(5)分别设置在刹车盘(1)外沿的两侧、和杠杆(7)一端铰接的钳体(6)固连,支杆(8)固连于钳架(4)上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴(9)与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,两杠杆的另一端分别经销轴(12a)与活塞杆(10)、经销轴(12b)与油缸(14)相连,油缸盖(13)与油缸(14)固连,活塞杆与油缸呈滑配合,拉簧(15)一端与固连于活塞杆上销轴(12a)的簧钉(11a)相连,另一端与固连于油缸上销轴(12b)的簧钉(11b)相连,两拉簧(15)平行设置在两销轴的两端构成;安全钳(3)主要由刹车片(5)分别设置在刹车盘(1)外沿的两侧、和杠杆(7)一端铰接的钳体(6)固连,支杆(8)固连于钳架(4)上,支杆两端沿径向分别经销轴(9)与杠杆槽孔呈滑配合,两杠杆的另一端分别经销轴(17a)与活塞杆(16)、经销轴(17b)与顶杆(24)相连,碟形弹簧组(19)与活塞杆台阶右端靠接,另一端与油缸(20)底部靠接,油缸盖(18)与油缸(20)固连,活塞杆(16)与油缸呈滑配合,顶杆(24)台阶与调整螺母(22)台阶镶嵌,经螺栓与调整螺母底部的垫片(23)固连,锁紧螺母(21)、调整螺母(22)与油缸(20)外圆呈螺纹连接构成。
