一种大倾角联轴器,由内齿套、半联轴器、端盖及中间轴组成,为克服现有技术中半联轴器易受钢球磨损,影响传动效率及联轴器使用寿命的缺陷,本实用新型在内齿套的内表面上开有等份的轴向半圆柱形直槽,在半联轴器外表面上沿径向开有与内齿套上相应等份的圆柱孔,各圆柱孔内设有弹簧及起键作用的半球头圆柱钢珠,钢珠的半球头部分伸入内齿套上的半圆柱形直槽内。该大倾角联轴器具有传递扭矩大、传动平稳、使用寿命长的特点,并能适于具有较大轴间夹角的工作场合。

Description

大倾角联轴器
本实用新型涉及一种大倾角联轴器。
公告号为CN2266054Y的实用新型专利公开了一种“滚珠万向联轴器”,由内齿套、半联轴器、端盖、中间轴和中间法兰组成,在内齿套的内表面与半联轴器的外表面上沿圆周开有相应等份的半圆柱形直槽,在各直槽中设有起键的作用的钢球,该项实用新型由于采用钢球直槽双联结构来传递扭矩,可通过增加直槽、钢球数来增加承载能力,使传递扭矩更大,由于装有钢球的内齿套内表面上的半圆柱直槽具有一定长度,使该滚珠万向联轴器本身可具有伸缩性,避免了十字轴式万向联轴器因无法补偿轴向位移,常断十字轴头、使用寿命低的缺陷。但该项专利在具有较大轴间夹角场合下工作时,因钢球与半联轴器外表面半圆柱形直槽的接触面较小,使半圆柱形直槽侧面磨损严重,成为大圆弧形,钢球与半联轴器外表面半圆柱形直槽间间隙增大,导致钢球松动,传动不平稳,甚至发生损坏,从而影响传动效果及联轴器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种传动平稳、使用寿命更长并适于较大轴间夹角场合使用的大倾角联轴器。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现,该大倾角联轴器由齿套、半联轴器、端盖及中间轴组成,左、右两端结构相同,中间轴装配在半联轴器上,半联轴器伸入内齿套内,内齿套的内表面上开有等份的轴向半圆柱形直槽,本实用新型中,在半联轴器外表面上沿径向开有与内齿套上相应等份的圆柱孔,各圆柱孔内设有起键作用的半球头圆柱钢珠,钢珠的半球头部分伸入内齿套上的半圆柱形直槽内,端盖安装在内齿套的端部。
为进一步实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型中可在半联轴器安装半球头圆柱钢珠的各圆柱孔内设置弹簧。
本实用新型的大倾角联轴器,用半球头圆柱钢珠取代了普通钢球,改半联轴器上的半圆柱形直槽为径向圆柱孔,使钢珠与半联轴器上圆柱孔的接触面积大为增加,使能传递的扭矩更大,避免了钢珠对半联轴器的磨损,又由于圆柱孔内弹簧的设置,使半球头圆柱钢珠在具有较大轴间夹角场合下,能始终紧贴内齿套的轴向半圆柱形直槽上,从而保证了传动平稳、传递效率高,也使联轴器的使用寿命大为延长。

下面结合说明书附图给出本实用新型的详细实施例。如图1所示,该大倾角联轴器由内齿套(1)、半联轴器(4)、端盖(7)及中间轴(8)组成,左、右两端结构相同,为对称型,中间轴(8)通过中间法兰用螺栓螺母与半联轴器(4)相联,半联轴器(4)伸入内齿套(1)内,内齿套(1)的内表面上开有等份的轴向半圆柱形直槽,在半联轴器(4)外表面上沿径向开有与内齿套上相应等份的圆柱孔,如图2所示,各圆柱孔内设有起键作用的半球头圆柱钢珠(2),其一头为半球形,另一头为圆柱形,钢珠(2)的半球头部分伸入内齿套(1)上的半圆柱形直槽内,在半联轴器(4)的各圆柱孔内还设置有弹簧(3),本实用新型中,半联轴器(4)伸入内齿套(1)部分的外表面可设计成圆弧面型,端盖(7)安装在内齿套(1)的端部,在内齿套(1)端部与端盖(7)之间设有耐热石棉布(5)及密封圈(6)起防尘与密封作用。

1、一种大倾角联轴器,由内齿套、半联轴器、端盖及中间轴组成,左、右两端结构相同,中间轴装配在半联轴器上,半联轴器伸入内齿套内,内齿套的内表面上开有等份的轴向半圆柱形直槽,本实用新型的特征在于:在半联轴器外表面上沿径向开有与内齿套上相应等份的圆柱孔,各圆柱孔内设有起键作用的半球头圆柱钢珠,钢珠的半球头部分伸入内齿套上的半圆柱形直槽内,端盖安装在内齿套的端部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大倾角联轴器,其特征在于:所述半联轴器上安装半球头圆柱钢珠的各圆柱孔内设置有弹簧。
